【摘要】:我国道路交通安全事故自2002年以来虽然一直呈现下降趋势,但与发达国家相比较,还有很大的差距。同时低驾龄驾驶人是道路交通事故高发人群,主要由驾驶技能生疏,抗干扰能力差等原因造成,这与机动车驾驶员培训质量有着密切关联。伴随中国社会经济快速发展,机动车保有量迅速增加,学驾需求也逐年增长,带来了机动车驾驶员培训机构的疯狂增长,驾培市场竞争日益激烈。面对激烈竞争的市场环境,机动车驾驶员培训机构的经营理念也必须发生转变,打造自身品牌,构建核心竞争力才能在竞争中立于不败之地。同时计时培训系统和驾驶模拟器等信息化设备的使用开启了机动车驾驶员培训的新模式。在这样的背景下,构建适应时代发展的机动车驾驶员培训质量信誉考核体系,提升驾驶培训质量信誉变得尤为重要。本文以提升机动车驾驶员培训质量信誉为目的,首先界定了机动车驾驶员培训质量信誉的内涵和构成要素,在此基础上具体分析了机动车驾驶员培训质量信誉考核的要素,构建了包含设施设备配备、经营管理、品牌建设、核心竞争力、教学过程监管、驾驶适应性检测和培训质量追踪7个一级指标和21个二级指标的指标体系。接着,通过对综合评价方法的优势和局限性的对比分析,选择模糊层次分析法构建机动车驾驶员培训质量信誉考核体系,对机动车驾驶员培训质量信誉进行了评价。最后对考核体系进行了实证检验和分析,并明确了考核结果的应用。本文对机动车驾驶员培训质量信誉的内涵和构成要素的分析,以及将驾驶适应性理论引入培训质量信誉考核之中,为机动车驾驶员培训质量信誉的研究提供了理论支撑,同时培训质量信誉考核体系对道路运输管理部门制定对策、培训机构完善培训服务、消费者理性选择培训机构具有重要的引导作用。
[Abstract]:The road traffic accident in our country since 2002, although there has been a downward trend, but compared with developed countries, there is a big gap. At the same time, novice drivers are high risk of road traffic accidents, mainly caused by driving skills rusty, poor anti-interference ability, which is closely associated with the motor vehicle driver training quality. With the rapid development of Chinese social economy, the rapid increase in vehicle ownership, learn to drive demand also increased year by year, the crazy growth of motor vehicle driver training institutions, driver training market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. In the face of fierce competition in the market environment, the business concept of motor vehicle driver training institutions must also change, create their own brand, to build the core competitiveness in an invincible position in the competition. At the same time the use of timing driving simulator training system and information technology equipment on vehicle A new model of driver training. In this context, the construction adapt to the development of motor vehicle driver training quality evaluation system, enhance the credibility of the quality of driving training has become particularly important. In this paper, in order to enhance the credibility of the quality of motor vehicle driver training for the purpose, defines the connotation of motor vehicle driver training quality reputation and the elements, on the basis of detailed analysis the elements of motor vehicle driver training evaluation of the quality and credibility of the constructed facilities allocation, management, brand building, core competence, teaching process supervision, driving adaptability testing and training quality tracking index system with 7 indexes and 21 level two indexes. Then, by comparing the advantages and limitations of the comprehensive evaluation method the analysis of the selection of Fuzzy AHP to establish the credibility of the quality of motor vehicle driver training assessment system for motor vehicle Driver training quality and reputation are evaluated. Finally the evaluation system for the empirical test and analysis, application and clear assessment results. In this paper, the connotation of the credibility of the quality of the motor vehicle driver training and the analysis of the components, as well as the driving adaptability theory into training assessment of credit quality, provides theoretical support for the research of motor vehicle driver training quality the credibility of the quality of training at the same time, the credibility evaluation system to develop countermeasures of road transportation management departments, training institutions to improve the training service, consumers rational choice of training institutions has an important guiding role.
