云制造模式车辆试验服务平台构建方法

【摘要】:针对车辆试验台重复建设严重、供应同质化、对不同型号的被试件适应性差、缺乏创新性和可靠性、对试验数据的保存及其后处理分析不足、缺少对试验领域专家知识的有效利用等诸多问题,结合最新的云制造理念,从服务平台的角度将云制造模式引入车辆试验领域,提出基于云制造模式的车辆试验服务平台构建方法.介绍平台架构及其业务流程,提出平台网络物理架构,规划平台的技术体系,给出平台实施及其主要类图关系.为车辆试验领域的信息化和服务化提供有效手段,为减少车辆试验领域的重复建设和提高对行业已有试验资源和专家知识的有效利用提供方法支撑.
[Abstract]:In view of the serious repeated construction of the vehicle test bed, the homogenization of the supply, the poor adaptability to different types of test pieces, the lack of innovation and reliability, the insufficient preservation of the test data and the analysis of the post-processing, Lack of effective use of expert knowledge in the experimental field, combined with the latest cloud manufacturing concept, the cloud manufacturing model is introduced into the vehicle test field from the perspective of service platform. This paper puts forward the construction method of vehicle test service platform based on cloud manufacturing mode, introduces the platform architecture and its business process, puts forward the platform network physical structure and the technical system of the planning platform. The implementation of the platform and its main class diagram relationships are given, which provide an effective means for the informatization and service of vehicle test field. It provides method support for reducing the repeated construction of vehicle test field and improving the effective utilization of the existing experimental resources and expert knowledge in the industry.
