歧管式催化转化器有限元模态分析及结构优化

【摘要】:针对某型号歧管式催化转化器,利用Catia、Hypermesh和Nastran软件之间的接口,精确的对该歧管式催化转化器建立了有限元计算模型,对其进行了约束模态分析,并提取了前六阶固有频率和振型。分析结果表明,该歧管式催化转化器易与发动机发生共振。对其进行了结构优化,优化结果表明,优化方案能显著提高该歧管式催化转化器的固有频率,从而避开了发动机的激励频率。最后,对优化后的模型进行了强度校核,结果满足强度要求,为后续歧管式催化转化器的开发设计提供了理论依据。
[Abstract]:Based on the interface between Catia HyperMesh and Nastran software, the finite element calculation model of a certain type of manifold catalytic converter is established, and the constrained modal analysis is carried out.The first six natural frequencies and modes were extracted.The results show that the manifold catalytic converter can easily resonate with the engine.The optimization results show that the optimal scheme can significantly increase the natural frequency of the manifold catalytic converter, thus avoiding the excitation frequency of the engine.Finally, the strength of the optimized model is checked, and the results meet the intensity requirements, which provides a theoretical basis for the development and design of the subsequent manifold catalytic converter.
