汽车传感器电极浆料制备及相关特性研究

【摘要】:多孔Pt/YSZ(YSZ,氧化钇稳定的氧化锆)电极中Pt的含量对电阻膜层性能起决定作用.以0.1μm、0.5μm Pt粉和YSZ为原料并控制其质量比,制备电极浆料并烧结成电极膜层;测其电阻及表面形貌.实验证明:多孔Pt/YSZ电极中,Pt颗粒越细,电极膜层电阻越小,电极性能也越稳定;当Pt/YSZ的质量比达到最佳比例时,电极电阻较小,且Pt/空气/YSZ三相边界面积达到最大,电极催化活性最好.
[Abstract]:The Pt content in the porous Pt- / YSZ- YSZ (yttrium stabilized zirconia) electrode plays a decisive role in the performance of the resistive film.Using 0.5 渭 m Pt powder and YSZ as raw materials and controlling the mass ratio, the electrode paste was prepared and sintered to form an electrode film, and its resistance and surface morphology were measured.The experimental results show that the finer the Pt particles in the porous Pt/YSZ electrode, the smaller the film resistance and the more stable the electrode performance is, when the mass ratio of Pt/YSZ reaches the optimum ratio, the electrode resistance is smaller, and the Pt/ / YSZ three-phase boundary area reaches the maximum.The electrode has the best catalytic activity.
