一汽吉林汽车公司整车内外饰匹配方案优化研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着汽车产量逐年大幅提升,汽车价格不断下探,对于大多数消费者而言,拥有一辆家庭汽车,已不再是梦想,当汽车品种已经足够细化,价格已经不再是买不买车的决定因素的当今汽车市场,各家车企比拼的方向变成了质量和服务。精良的外观、精细的做工能给顾客以满足、信任、高档等各种美好的感觉,而粗糙的外观会给顾客造成粗制滥造、便宜货质量差、不值得信任等各种不好的感觉,直接影响消费者心理,并损害品牌形象。各大汽车公司现阶段也更加关注整车的外观精细度,在精细度上投入大量的人力、物力建立组织、调整职能以期望在整车外观精细度上获得突破。一汽吉林汽车有限公司(以下简称一汽吉林)隶属于中国一汽集团,主要生产佳宝、森雅系列微型车及小型MPV车型。始建于上世纪80年代,是中国首辆微型车诞生的地方,具有30多年历史的老国有企业。2005年~2009年曾与日本大发工业株式会社合资生产森雅系列MPV车型。一汽吉林凭借着佳宝和森雅品牌曾经创下辉煌的业绩,但是随着国内五菱、长安的崛起,曾经的辉煌已经不复存在。目前的唯一出路是从质量、成本、效率上下工夫,打破固有观念,建立完善更加适用于新形势下的研发、生准、制准流程及更高的标准体系,对企业的生存、发展具有积极、深远的意义。本文基于一汽吉林汽车公司在提高产品做工精细化水平的改革———在整车内外饰领域,通过开展匹配工作,使整车外观精细化水平由商用车标准上升到乘用车标准层级。研究匹配精度如何无限接近设计状态以不断提升整车质量标准水平,结合企业的现实状况及与大发公司合作的经验,摸索出一套适合于一汽吉林的整车匹配方法,并不断改进完善,使其发挥更大的作用,用于提高整车做工的精细化程度。论文运用在学习过程当中所获得的知识,对问题的提出、分析、解决进行研究、改善,从而形成更加适用于一汽吉林的匹配管理办法。本文采用理论分析及案例研究相结合的方法分析现有工作及管理方法的优缺点及改善空间,通过理论论证及实践验证的方法提出优化的方案。最终对优化方案进行标准化、流程化,以管理文件的形式转化成企业应用的管理工具。在一汽吉林汽车公司开展内外饰匹配工作,经过几个车型的实践,形成了比较成熟且适用于一汽吉林汽车公司自身发展特点的内外饰匹配工作管理方法,通过不断的发现问题,解决问题,使这一套方法得以不断优化提升。目前已经从商用车领域提升到了高标准完成乘用车匹配的水平。对于自主品牌而言,匹配专业本身就是一项创新。本文的研究方向是对以往开展工作的改善优化。提出了匹配工作向前延伸至结构设计阶段,向后延伸到量产的质量改进阶段的理念。同时,纵向贯穿了产品的结构分析、公差制定、材料选取、指示修正等的每一个产品的基本要素到整车匹配效果的全过程分析。通过对以往车型匹配工作的经验、问题分析论证,得出改善方案并在新开发车型上进行实践、验证,在一汽吉林自主开发的森雅R020车型上历史上第一次独立高标准完成了整车内外饰匹配工作,并圆满达成了各项预定目标。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as car production has increased year by year, car prices continue to go down, for most consumers, it is no longer a dream to own a family car. When the car is refined enough, the price is no longer the determinant of buying or not buying the car, and the direction of each car enterprise becomes a quality kimono. Good appearance, fine workmanship can give customers a variety of good feelings, such as satisfaction, trust, and high grade, and the rough appearance will make the customer rough, poor quality, not worthy of trust and other bad feelings, directly affect the consumer psychology, and damage the brand image. The major auto companies also pay more attention to the whole stage at this stage. The fine appearance of the car has invested a lot of manpower, material resources and organization to make a breakthrough in the fine appearance of the whole vehicle. Faw Jilin Automobile Co (hereinafter referred to as Jilin, FAW) is subordinate to China FAW Group, mainly producing Jiabao, Sen Ya series mini car and small MPV model. It was founded in the last world. In 80s, it was the place where the first minicar was born in China. The old state owned enterprise with a history of more than 30 years had a joint venture with Japan Dafa Industrial Corporation in ~2009 in.2005. Jilin, with the brilliant achievements of Jiabao and xisang brand, was the rise of the domestic Wuling and Changan. The only way out is from quality, cost and efficiency, breaking the inherent concept, establishing and perfecting the research and development, making quasi process and higher standard system which are more suitable for the new situation. It is of positive and profound significance to the survival and development of the enterprise. This article is based on the Faw Jilin Automobile Co in improving the product. The reform of the fine workmanship level - in the field of interior and exterior decoration of the whole vehicle, by carrying out matching work, the fine level of the whole vehicle will rise from the commercial vehicle standard to the passenger car standard level. With the experience of co - operation, we find out a set of matching methods suitable for the whole vehicle in Jilin, and improve it continuously to make it play a greater role in improving the fine degree of the whole vehicle workmanship. In this paper, the method of matching management in FAW Jilin is adopted. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing work and management methods and improves the space by combining theoretical analysis and case study. The optimization scheme is put forward through theoretical demonstration and practice verification. Finally, the optimization scheme is standardized, flow oriented, and transformed into the form of management documents. The management tool of enterprise application. In the Faw Jilin Automobile Co to carry out the interior and exterior matching work, through the practice of several models, a mature and suitable management method of interior and exterior matching work suitable for the characteristics of the Faw Jilin Automobile Co itself is formed. Through the continuous discovery of questions and solving the problems, this set of methods can be continuously optimized. For the independent brand, matching specialty itself is an innovation. The research direction of this paper is to improve the improvement of the previous work, and to extend the matching work to the structure design stage and extend to the quality of the mass production. At the same time, it longitudinally runs through the whole process analysis of the basic elements of each product in the product structure analysis, tolerance formulation, material selection, indicating correction and so on. Through the experience of the previous model matching work and the analysis and demonstration of the problem, the improvement scheme is obtained and the practice is carried out on the new development model. To verify that the first independent high standard in the R020's independent development of FAW Jilin has completed the interior and exterior matching work of the whole vehicle, and has successfully achieved all the targets.
