视野仿真在汽车设计中的应用

【摘要】:在汽车工业快速发展的今天,汽车在设计者与消费者眼中,已不仅仅是作为代步的工具,而是更多地成为了许多人移动办公、娱乐的场所,甚至是日常生活的一部分。而另一方面,全球汽车产销量的逐年增长,汽车保有量也大大增加,给城市交通安全带来了巨大的压力。因此,当今汽车领域,如何提升其主动安全,以及提高汽车驾驶与乘坐舒适性,成为了各大汽车厂商和研究机构研究的重点。汽车驾驶过程中,驾驶员通过视觉获取有效的行车信息,占到汽车驾驶信息获取重量的80%,因此,驾驶视野的研究尤为重要。欧美、日本的汽车厂商,在汽车视野研究和应用方面,走在了世界的前列。欧美汽车厂商对驾驶视野的研究,侧重于车身结构的设计,以及驾驶员信息获取、反馈等。日本汽车厂商,涉及的领域包括医学、生理学、心理学,将汽车视野研究内容与这些学科充分结合,例如从生理学测试驾驶员反应、对于驾驶员的视认性研究等等。本文从光学研究的角度对视野舒适性进行研究,并对于视野安全中的静态视觉进行分析。利用光学仿真软件SPEOS在虚拟驾驶环境下建立3D场景视觉模型来模拟驾驶员的真实视野情况,包括发光件对比度、在不同光照条件下行车眩目分析、多媒体显示屏模拟、发光件在玻璃上成像情况、驾驶舱氛围灯设计等,可以直观的了解汽车驾驶舱设计中,驾驶员视觉设计好坏,甚至可以在视觉模拟基础上搭建虚拟仿真实验室来评价汽车内饰设计的时尚感,颜色搭配的舒适性,以及材料选取的直观感受。为汽车设计中各零部件设计对视野舒适度的影响提供分析指导。论文以宝骏某车型为例,使用SPEOS软件研究了现有的视野设计方法,以及使用此种方法在现有车型中存在的问题。通过对比当前使用的UG、RAMSIS两款常用的设计软件,阐述SPEOS驾驶员视野设计方面的优势。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry, automobile is not only a tool for designers and consumers, but also a part of mobile office, entertainment and even daily life for many people. On the other hand, with the increase of global automobile production and sales, the number of vehicles is increasing greatly, which brings great pressure to urban traffic safety. Therefore, in the field of automobile, how to improve its active safety, and how to improve its driving and riding comfort, has become the focus of the research of major automobile manufacturers and research institutions. In the process of vehicle driving, drivers obtain effective driving information through vision, which accounts for 80 percent of the weight of driving information. Therefore, the study of driving field is particularly important. European, American, Japanese automobile manufacturer, in the automobile visual field research and the application aspect, walked in the world the front row. European and American automobile manufacturers focus on the design of body structure, driver information acquisition, feedback and so on. Japanese automakers are involved in fields such as medicine, physiology, psychology, and the integration of automotive visual field research with these disciplines, such as testing driver response from physiology, visual recognition of drivers, and so on. In this paper, the visual field comfort is studied from the point of view of optics, and the static vision in visual field safety is analyzed. Using the optical simulation software SPEOS to establish 3D scene visual model in virtual driving environment to simulate the driver's real visual field, including the contrast of luminous components, the analysis of driving dazzling under different illumination conditions, and the simulation of multimedia display screen. The luminous image on the glass, the design of the cockpit atmosphere lamp, etc., can be intuitively understood in the design of the cockpit of the automobile, the visual design of the driver is good or bad, Even on the basis of visual simulation, a virtual simulation laboratory can be built to evaluate the fashion sense of automobile interior design, the comfort of collocation, and the intuitive feeling of material selection. Provides the analysis instruction for the influence of each component design to the visual field comfort in the automobile design. Taking Baojun vehicle as an example, this paper studies the existing visual field design method by using SPEOS software, and the problems existing in the existing vehicle model by using this method. In this paper, the advantages of SPEOS driver's visual field design are expounded by comparing the two commonly used design softwares.
