电动汽车热泵空调系统混气特性模拟实验研究

【摘要】:基于低温工况下的纯电动汽车热泵空调系统,为降低排气温度、提高换热性能,分别设计了中压、低压混气热泵空调系统,并建立相应系统数学模型,模拟计算系统的排气温度、换热量等主要性能参数,并与实验数据进行对比。研究表明:相对于中压混气热泵空调系统,低压混气热泵空调系统较稳定高效,更能满足电动汽车在低温环境下的需求。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce exhaust temperature and improve heat transfer performance of pure electric vehicle heat pump air conditioning system at low temperature, the air conditioning system of medium pressure and low pressure air mixture heat pump is designed, and the corresponding mathematical model is established. The exhaust temperature, heat transfer and other main performance parameters of the system are simulated and compared with the experimental data. The results show that the low pressure air mixture heat pump air conditioning system is more stable and efficient than the medium pressure air mixture heat pump system, and it can meet the demand of electric vehicle in low temperature environment.
