折叠式电动自行车设计研究及应用开发

【摘要】:折叠电动自行车是由自行车和电动自行车的基础构架演化而来,是现代小型交通工具中使用率较高的一种,随着市场要求的多样性,近年来越发受到推广与认可,在面对社会进程的不断加快,城市出现了大量的诸如生态破坏、交通拥堵等问题,严重影响城市生活质量的情况下。其存在和应用无论对于社会个人还是整体都有着可观的现实价值。本文以工业设计的理论角度对折叠电动自行车的设计展开分析,提出折叠电动自行车的系统设计要素并应用于设计实践。论文首先整理了折叠电动自行车的发展历程,并将其与同类小型交通工具的优劣进行比对,结合实地调研提出其在城市交通接驳的作用。之后对折叠电动自行车本身所面临的问题和不足进行了剖析,提出该产品的设计趋势和优化的空间。其次论文对折叠电动自行车的类别进行详细解析,包含设计特征、适用人群、环境等。并对折叠电动自行车各组件系统进行解析,关注与设计相关联的因素,着重解析不同折叠方式的外形特征、适用人群和设计的优劣。进而通过解析现有的设计问题以及设计经验,系统化的提出当前折叠电动自行车的七大关键设计要素,涵盖安全、人性化、生态属性、轻量化、认知心理、设计美学、人因工程,并在,七大关键要素的基础上扩展具体的子要素。最后根据研究出来的设计要素及市场需求构建质量屋(QFD),并结合产品设计理论应用于设计实践,借助三维造型软件开发出一款折叠电动自行车,为后续的研究提供有价值的参考经验和依据。
[Abstract]:Folding electric bicycle is evolved from the basic structure of bicycle and electric bicycle. It is one of the most popular means of transportation in modern times. With the diversity of market requirements, folding electric bicycle has been increasingly popularized and recognized in recent years. In the face of the continuous acceleration of the social process, a large number of urban problems such as ecological destruction, traffic congestion and so on, seriously affect the quality of life in the city. Its existence and application have considerable practical value for both social individuals and the whole. In this paper, the design of folding electric bicycle is analyzed from the angle of industrial design theory, and the system design elements of folding electric bicycle are put forward and applied in design practice. In this paper, the development course of folding electric bicycle is sorted out, and the advantages and disadvantages of folding electric bicycle are compared with those of similar small vehicles, and the function of folding electric bicycle in urban transportation connection is put forward in combination with field investigation. After that, the problems and shortcomings of folding electric bicycle itself are analyzed, and the design trend and optimization space of the product are put forward. Secondly, the paper analyzes the category of folding electric bicycle in detail, including design features, applicable crowd, environment and so on. The components of folding electric bicycle are analyzed, the factors related to the design are concerned, the shape characteristics of different folding modes are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of crowd and design are analyzed. Then through the analysis of the existing design problems and design experience, systematically put forward the current folding electric bicycle seven key design elements, including safety, human nature, ecological attributes, lightweight, cognitive psychology, design aesthetics, Human factor engineering, and in the seven key elements on the basis of the expansion of specific sub-elements. Finally, according to the design elements and market demand, the (QFD), of quality house is constructed and applied to the design practice with product design theory, and a folding electric bicycle is developed with the help of 3D modeling software. To provide valuable reference experience and basis for follow-up research.
