双筒充气式减振器阻尼特性研究与仿真分析
[Abstract]:At present, active and semi-active suspension systems are increasingly widely used. Because the traditional passive hydraulic shock absorber has the disadvantages of easy emulsification, low critical speed and high noise, it is no longer suitable for the new suspension system, so the research of adjustable damping damper has been paid more attention than ever. In many technologies, the application of inflatable technology has greatly improved the working effect of shock absorber, and the comprehensive performance is more powerful, so it has been loved by more people. Inflatable shock absorber is widely used in high-end brand cars, which greatly improves the performance of cars. In this paper, a double cylinder inflatable shock absorber is studied. By analyzing the structure and working principle of the damper, the damping characteristic of the damper is studied, and the control method is simulated, thus laying a foundation for the realization of electronic control technology. In addition, the research in this paper will be used as a reference for vehicle shock absorber developed independently in our country to some extent. In this paper, the adjustable damping damper is introduced, its development history and current research status are described, and the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of shock absorbers are analyzed. The main performance and technical parameters of the double cylinder manual adjustable shock absorber are introduced. Secondly, in the course of the research, the mathematical model of double cylinder manual damping adjustable shock absorber is established by referring to the theory of hydrodynamics, and the MATLAB simulation analysis is carried out, and a series of data and curves are obtained. The influence of the structural parameters of the damper on the damping value of the absorber is analyzed, and the controllable quantity is determined, which lays a theoretical foundation for the design of the fuzzy PID controller and the electronic control unit. Finally, the fuzzy PID controller is designed for the double cylinder inflatable shock absorber, and the control effect is tested by Simulink simulation. Based on the above research content, the design scheme of the electronic control unit is put forward, and some hardware circuits are designed.
