双挂汽车列车的通过性研究及改进

【摘要】:近年来,随着世界经济不断的发展和全球货物运输量不断的增加,具有高效、低耗、及时、灵活的多挂汽车列车已经在西方发达国家开始承担起重要的运输角色。在全球经济发展大潮和我国公路网络迅速构建的环境下,多挂车列车成为我国主要的运输工具已是必然趋势。目前我国主要大吨位公路交通运输还是以单挂汽车列车为主,其主要原因是人们对这个庞然大物道路通过性和驾驶操作灵活性缺乏了解。本论文以多挂汽车列车中的双挂汽车列车为研究对象,首先以车辆通过性为研究目的对整车进行结构简化。采用图解法结合多体动力学对整车的转弯过程作出理论计算。然后在Adams中验证理论计算,得出该双挂汽车列车的转弯半径为17.3 m。通过该车转弯过程分析对驾驶员的实际操作作出指导。再结合我国实际道路情况,对该车城市道路的换道、交叉路口转弯等实际情况作出仿真分析,从而客观的评价该车的转弯机动性。最后发现,该车转弯过程中,挂车2对牵引车的跟踪能力和自身回正能力较差。针对这一问题,本文就车辆设计的角度提出了改进方案。在挂车1和挂车2的链接装置平板拖车处增加差速装置,结果显示该方案明显提高了整车的几何通过性。通过本文的研究,可以掌握双挂汽车列车在我国城市道路的适应能力,同时可以为双挂汽车列车在我国城市道路上的运用提供理论支持和参考。更加快了双挂汽车列车在我国前进的步伐。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of the world economy and the increase of the global cargo transport volume, the high efficiency, low consumption, timely and flexible multi-trailer train has begun to play an important role in the western developed countries. With the development of global economy and the rapid construction of China's highway network, it is an inevitable trend that multi-trailers become the main means of transportation in China. At present, the main highway transportation in our country is mainly single-trailer train, which is mainly due to the lack of understanding of the road passage and driving flexibility of this huge object. In this paper, the dual-trailer train in the multi-trailer train is taken as the research object. Firstly, the structure of the vehicle is simplified for the purpose of vehicle passing. Using graphic method and multi-body dynamics, the turning process of the whole vehicle is calculated theoretically. Then the theoretical calculation is verified in Adams, and the turning radius of the dual-trailer train is 17.3 m. The actual operation of the driver is guided by the analysis of the turning process of the vehicle. Combined with the actual road conditions of our country, this paper makes a simulation analysis on the actual situation of the vehicle's urban road change and turning at the intersection, so as to objectively evaluate the turning maneuverability of the vehicle. Finally, it is found that the trailers 2 have poor tracking ability and self-correction ability in the turning process. In order to solve this problem, this paper puts forward the improvement scheme on the angle of vehicle design. The differential device is added to the connecting device of trailers 1 and 2, and the results show that the scheme improves the geometric passage of the whole vehicle obviously. Through the research of this paper, we can master the adaptability of the dual-trailer train in the urban road of our country, and provide the theoretical support and reference for the application of the dual-trailer train in the urban road of our country. It is even faster that the dual-trailer train is advancing in our country.
