直喷式发动机铝合金活塞铸造工艺的优化

【摘要】:针对直喷式发动机铝合金活塞铸件,分析了直喷式发动机活塞铸造工艺特点,以及实际生产中收缩缺陷形成原因,针对直喷式发动机活塞端面壁厚差较大的特点,提出了工艺与模具优化的方案,通过模具结构优化,在保证模具寿命前提下,消除了上述收缩缺陷,实现了铸件的高成品率。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the aluminum alloy piston castings of direct injection engine, the casting process characteristics of piston of direct injection engine and the causes of shrinkage defects in practical production are analyzed, and the wall thickness difference of piston end surface of direct injection engine is large. The scheme of process and die optimization is put forward. Through the optimization of die structure, the above shrinkage defects are eliminated and the high yield of castings is realized under the premise of ensuring die life.
