[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of poor starting response of heavy duty off-road vehicles in plateau environment, the vehicle model is established by means of vehicle simulation analysis GT-SUITE software. The influence of altitude factors on the starting process of heavy-duty off-road vehicles and the influence of shift time and front transmission ratio on the starting process of heavy-duty off-road vehicles in plateau environment are simulated and studied. The results show that the starting time of the whole vehicle is 14.7 s in plain environment and 27.2 s in 4 500 m altitude environment, which is 3.9s shorter than that of 1000 r/min speed shift, so the starting response time of the vehicle can be improved by increasing the corresponding engine speed at the starting shift time. With the increase of the front transmission ratio, the acceleration in the starting process of the whole vehicle increases, but the speed decreases when the vehicle reaches a stable state, so the starting response of the vehicle can be improved by reasonably selecting the front transmission ratio. Affected by the air-fuel ratio, the common input characteristics of the engine and the hydraulic torque converter in the starting process are quite different from those corresponding to the external characteristics at an altitude of 4 500 m.
