电力公司工程辅助转资系统设计与实现

【摘要】：工程辅助转资系统是天津市电力公司,根据自身内部强化管理需要,而进行立项开发的一款ERP辅助管理系统。该系统的研究与建设得到了公司领导的高度重视,并获得了建设资源上的大力支持。工程辅助转资系统主要解决现有ERP系统中存在的各种管理问题,如各部门之间信息隔阂问题、业务孤岛问题、横向监管问题。并要求采用“三码”自动匹配方式,进一步提高相关信息化管理效率。物料编码、设备编码、资产编码该三码标准高度统一,自动匹配和转换是本项目的研究重点。同步,结合项目过程管理要求,对工程物资计划、项目建设过程管理、竣工验收、工程预转资管理、工程结算、工程决算六大部分系统功能进行了详细需求分析、系统设计、系统代码开发及相关系统测试。每部分又包括了若干个子功能模块点的设计与实现。本工程主要技术采用了该公司现有ERP系统的各种技术,具体包括了SAP的ABAP代码开发技术、Oracle数据库系统技术、ERP系统管理技术等。通过一年多的系统研究和代码开发,该系统成功上线运行。期间经过了用户环境下的严格内部技术测试和业务试运行测试。最后,通过用户和项目的联合确认,通过正式项目验收。目前,该业务系统运行稳定,满足业务操作需要。
[Abstract]:The project assistant transfer system is a ERP assistant management system developed by Tianjin Electric Power Company according to its own internal strengthening management needs.The research and construction of the system has been attached great importance by the company leaders, and has been strongly supported by the construction resources.The project aided transfer system mainly solves all kinds of management problems existing in the existing ERP system, such as the problem of information estrangement between different departments, the problem of business island, and the problem of horizontal supervision.Three-code automatic matching is required to further improve the efficiency of information management.Material code, equipment code and asset code are highly unified, automatic matching and conversion are the focus of this project.Synchronously, combined with project process management requirements, detailed demand analysis and system design for six major system functions of engineering material planning, project construction process management, completion acceptance, project pre-transfer management, project settlement and engineering final accounts are carried out.System code development and related system testing.Each part also includes the design and implementation of several sub-function module points.The main technology of this project adopts various technologies of ERP system, including ABAP code development technology of SAP, Oracle database system technology and management technology of SAP system, etc.Through more than a year of system research and code development, the system was successfully put into operation.During the user environment through strict internal technical testing and business test run test.Finally, through the user and the project joint confirmation, through the formal project acceptance.At present, the business system runs stably and meets the need of business operation.
