智慧高速公路的内涵及其架构

【摘要】：智慧高速公路是智慧交通的重要组成部分,目前行业内对智慧高速公路的认识不尽统一。阐述了智慧高速公路的内涵,认为智慧高速公路就是要构建以数据为核心的高速公路协同管控与创新服务体系,利用"人的智慧思维+先进的技术手段+协同的运行机制+创新的模式"实现对高速公路管理与服务的提升。从技术、业务、数据、应用和部署5个方面提出智慧高速公路的架构,为智慧高速公路建设指明了方向。随着智慧高速公路关键技术取得突破,必然引发高速公路运营管理模式、商业模式的创新与变革,这将助力高速公路产业生态圈构建,促进产业转型发展和提质增效。
[Abstract]:Intelligent highway is an important part of intelligent transportation.This paper expounds the connotation of the intelligent highway, and thinks that it is necessary to construct the cooperative control and innovation service system of the highway with data as the core.Using "the mode of innovation of operation mechanism in coordination of advanced technological means of human's intelligent thinking" to realize the promotion of highway management and service.This paper puts forward the framework of intelligent highway from five aspects of technology, business, data, application and deployment, and points out the direction for the construction of intelligent highway.Along with the breakthrough of the key technology of the intelligent expressway, it will inevitably lead to the innovation and reform of the expressway operation and management mode and the commercial model, which will help to build the expressway industry ecological circle, promote the industrial transformation and development and improve the quality and efficiency.
