【摘要】：某公司结合管理服务现状,先后设计并实现了基于Sotower平台的项目综合信息管理系统,该系统是以某公司“SG186工程”应用开发平台SoTower为基础,以J2EE技术架构进行开发,并采用了“网格化”管理理念,实现了覆盖公司信息化管理的各项业务,以项目全过程生命周期管理为主线。系统功能主要包括信息化项目管理、运维管理、安全管理、技术管理、通信管理、综合管理等功能模块,是规范某公司总部信息化各职能管理部门信息化业务管理的平台。基于Sotower平台的项目综合信息管理系统研发与实施项目贯彻公司“集团化方式来运作、集约化态度搞发展、精益化理念去管理、标准化尺度去建设”的要求,实现全公司一体化的信息化业务管理。通过系统建设,实现公司总部信息化规划、计划、技术、标准、进度、质量、投资、采购、人才队伍、运行、安全和综合管理等全部信息化业务的在线管控。所有类型的业务流程、数据输入、过程控制和知识共享、综合分析,共同促进决策支持信息技术服务管理水平。
[Abstract]:A project integrated information management system based on Sotower platform has been designed and implemented by a company in combination with the current situation of management services. The system is based on the application development platform of "SG186 engineering" of a company, SoTower, and is developed on the basis of J2EE technical framework.The concept of "grid management" is adopted to realize all kinds of services covering the information management of the company, with the whole project life cycle management as the main line.The system functions include information project management, operation and maintenance management, security management, technology management, communication management, integrated management and other functional modules.Research and implementation of Project Integrated Information Management system based on Sotower platform Project implement the company's requirements of "collectivization, intensive attitude to development, lean concept to management, standardization to scale construction".Realize the whole company integrated information business management.Through the system construction, the company headquarters information planning, planning, technology, standards, progress, quality, investment, procurement, talent team, operation, security and integrated management of all information business online control.All types of business processes, data input, process control and knowledge sharing, comprehensive analysis, together to promote decision support information technology service management level.
