云南开放大学实践教学综合管理信息系统设计与实现

【摘要】：学生实践教学环节在云南开放大学信息化管理工作中长期以来落后于其他教学和教务管理工作,从而不能适应工作量大、管理过程复杂的现实状况,不光云南开放大学如此,经笔者调查得知其它高校的用于大学生实践教学管理信息化软件也是尚处于起步研发和初级应用阶段。当前来说,实践教学工作计算机应用开发对于云南开放大学改进实践教学现状,具有重要实际意义。对于实践教学计算机应用探索,云南开放大学教务管理部门采用基于Web的当今前沿技术,开发了这套实践教学综合管理信息系统。通过该系统的研发成功和投入使用,云南开放大学教务管理部门、院系负责人、院系教学秘书、本校学生和本校教师参与到实践教学不同的环节和任务中;作为管理层,通过系统全面掌控本校分机构和院系实践教学开展情况以及需要解决的新问题,可做到对各类相关数据的在线分析和解决,作出及时的调整措施和手段。本系统开发并投入到教学实践中以后,其并将被与教学管理工作实际紧密结合起来,为云南开放大学实践教学管理提供科学的实践教学管理方式和手段,以期能够实现云南开放大学对大学生实践教学的更加精细化管理,将开放大学对大学生实践教学质量和管理水平提升到更高层级。系统是基于SUN公司的J2EE技术架构的一款纯B/S(IE浏览器访问)结构的解决方案,在Java编程的基础上,使用Eclipse工具、JSP页面操作技术、SERVLET服务器技术等,系统结构建立在MVC架构基础上,数据的存储和调用通过Oracle完成,Web连接网络通过TOMCAT。数据库之间通过JDBC进行数据的沟通,JSP作为人机会话页面,把SERVLET操作结果转化。系统最终实现了云南开放大学的实践教学管理的信息化,为该校各类参与实践教学管理的用户提供了实现教务实践教学一体化,大大提高实践教学管理效率的平台,教师和学生可登录系统查询、查看各类实践教学信息;学院教学秘书和学校教务处管理部门用户可完成对各类实践教学信息的维护,并实时监控并及时调整实践教学安排;系统管理员可以维护系统的一些与实践教学相关的基础数据,该系统通过借助规范业务流程手段达到了提高实践教学管理工作效率之目标。
[Abstract]:The practice teaching of students has lagged behind other teaching and educational administration work in the information management work of Yunnan Open University for a long time, so it can not adapt to the reality of heavy workload and complicated management process, not only in Yunnan Open University. According to the author's investigation, the information software for college students' practical teaching management is still in the initial stage of research and development and primary application. At present, it is of great practical significance for Yunnan Open University to improve the present situation of practical teaching. In order to explore the computer application of practical teaching, the department of educational administration of Yunnan Open University has developed the comprehensive management information system of practical teaching by adopting the advanced technology based on Web. Through the successful development and application of the system, the educational administration department, department head, department secretary, students and teachers of Yunnan Open University are involved in different links and tasks of practical teaching. Through the systematic control of the actual teaching situation and the new problems that need to be solved, the on-line analysis and solution of all kinds of related data can be achieved, and timely adjustment measures and means can be made. After the system is developed and put into teaching practice, it will be closely combined with the practice of teaching management, and provide scientific practical teaching management methods and means for the practical teaching management of Yunnan Open University. It is expected that Yunnan Open University can improve the quality and management level of practical teaching to a higher level in order to achieve more detailed management of college students' practice teaching in Yunnan Open University. The system is a solution of pure B/S(IE browser access based on the J2EE technology architecture of SUN Company. On the basis of Java programming, the system structure is built on the basis of MVC architecture, using Eclipse tool JSP page operation technology and server technology, etc. Data storage and call through Oracle to complete the web connection network through TOMCAT. The data communication between databases is done by JDBC, which can transform the result of SERVLET operation. Finally, the system realizes the informationization of the practical teaching management of Yunnan Open University, and provides a platform to realize the integration of educational administration and practical teaching for all kinds of users of the university who participate in the management of practical teaching, and greatly improve the efficiency of practical teaching management. Teachers and students can log on to the system to check all kinds of practical teaching information, the secretary of teaching and the users of the management department of the school administration department can complete the maintenance of all kinds of practical teaching information, and monitor and adjust the arrangement of practice teaching in real time. The system administrator can maintain some basic data related to practice teaching. The system achieves the goal of improving the efficiency of practice teaching management by means of standardized business process.
