跨物联网空间与互联网空间的应急指挥模型研究

【摘要】:随着互联网的迅猛发展,物联网、智慧安全的逐步建设,应急预案、资源、组织等网页极大丰富,可爬取、抽取这些网页形成应急知识库;应急环境、资源、实力、事件状态实时获取成为可能,可线下挖掘历史感知数据形成异常检测预警模型从而实现事件预警,本文提出了跨物联网空间和互联网空间的应急指挥模型,融合这些信息与知识,从而有效提升应急指挥效能。具体内容如下:第一,提出了跨物联网空间和互联网空间应急指挥模型。以ABC本体模型为上位本体,拓展了突发事件、组织、预案元数据、决策态势等概念,以表示应急指挥模型中的概念与知识。第二,以地铁交通流为例,提出了基于物联网的突发事件异常检测算法。该算法结合路径编码理论和KNN-Distort算法,可进行地铁交通流异常检测,识别出潜在突发事件,经人工确认以做出预警。第三,对跨物联网空间和互联网空间应急指挥平台框架进行了设计,包括平台的整体框架和流程,并按模块功能划分,主要包含资源爬取模块、动态预案知识库生成模块、异常事件检测模块、应急指挥处置模块和现场监测模块。在应急指挥中引入物联网和互联网信息,可初步实现异常检测与事件预警、实时状态获取,从而提升应急指挥效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet of things, the Internet of things, the gradual construction of intelligent security, emergency plans, resources, organizations and other web pages are extremely rich, can crawl, extract these pages to form an emergency knowledge base, emergency environment, resources, strength, It is possible to obtain the event state in real time, which can mine the historical perceptual data below the line to form the anomaly detection and early warning model to realize the event early warning. In this paper, the emergency command model across the Internet of things and the Internet of things is proposed. Fusion of this information and knowledge, thereby effectively improve the effectiveness of emergency command. The main contents are as follows: first, the emergency command model of cross-internet space and internet space is proposed. Taking the ABC ontology model as the upper ontology, the concepts of emergency, organization, plan metadata and decision situation are extended to represent the concepts and knowledge in the emergency command model. Secondly, taking subway traffic flow as an example, an outlier detection algorithm based on Internet of things is proposed. Combined with path coding theory and KNN-Distort algorithm, the algorithm can detect subway traffic flow anomalies, identify potential emergencies, and make early warning by manual confirmation. Thirdly, the framework of emergency command platform for Internet of things and Internet space is designed, including the overall framework and flow of the platform, and divided according to the function of the module, including resource crawling module, dynamic plan knowledge base generation module. Abnormal event detection module, emergency command and disposal module and field monitoring module. With the introduction of Internet of things and Internet information in emergency command, anomaly detection, event warning and real-time state acquisition can be preliminarily realized, thus improving the efficiency of emergency command.
