某公安部门办公自动化系统设计与实现

【摘要】：随着计算机网络技术的发展,办公自动化技术在公安部门得到了广泛的应用。开发一个完善的办公自动化系统,能够降低办公成本,加强信息流动,提高办公速度,提升管理水平。本文介绍办公自动化系统依托公安工作需求,采用先进的网络技术,设计出与当前发展需求相结合的办公自动化系统,为公安内部工作的进行提供了有利的支持和有效的保障。首先本文从不同角度对OA系统设计的意义进行了分析,从办公自动化的含义、运用技术、目前发展现状以及未来发展趋势进行了阐述;其次,进行OA系统结构研究,分析了C/S、B/S两种不同的结构,最终选定使用B/S三层结构,并介绍了OA系统开发环境以及关键技术,从开发平台、数据库工具、工作流技术以及安全与网络技术角度进行分析;然后,针对某公安机关内部的OA系统需求进行分析,提出了设计目标需求、设计原则需求,通过业务流程图提出业务需求,通过用例图将功能需求与用户角色相关联,并对非功能性需求进行分析;接着,重点研究了办公自动化系统设计,明确系统三层架构设计,介绍了公文管理和工作流管理中的数据库表设计,重点分析了具体模块设计,利用程序框图、时序图等展示模块设计,之后展示了部分页面,完成了公安机关内部OA系统的设计要求。本文所设计的办公自动化系统已投入使用,为公安内部工作的进行提供了有利的支持和有效的保障,经过使用发现仍有提升空间,接下来会逐渐对系统进行修改完善,让办公自动化系统更好的为公安工作服务。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer network technology, office automation technology has been widely used in public security departments. Developing a perfect office automation system can reduce office cost, strengthen information flow, improve office speed and management level. This paper introduces the design of office automation system which is based on the demand of public security work and adopts advanced network technology. It provides favorable support and effective guarantee for the internal work of public security. First of all, this paper analyzes the significance of OA system design from different angles, from the meaning of office automation, the use of technology, the current development status and future development trends; secondly, the structure of OA system research, This paper analyzes two different structures of C / S / B / S, and finally chooses to use the three-tier structure of B / S, and introduces the development environment and key technologies of OA system, and analyzes the development platform, database tools, workflow technology and security and network technology. Then, based on the analysis of the demand of OA system in a public security organ, the paper puts forward the design objective requirement, the design principle requirement, the business requirement through the business flow chart, and the function requirement and the user's role through the use case diagram. Then, the paper focuses on the design of office automation system, clarifies the design of three-tier architecture of the system, introduces the database table design in document management and workflow management, and analyzes the specific module design. Using the program block diagram, timing diagram and other display module design, after displaying part of the page, completed the design requirements of the internal OA system of the public security organs. The office automation system designed in this paper has been put into use, which provides favorable support and effective protection for the internal work of public security. After the use, it is found that there is still room for improvement, and then the system will be gradually modified and perfected. Let the office automation system better serve for the public security work.
