大连口岸关检通关系统的设计和实现

【摘要】:受国际环境影响,当前经济贸易环境复杂、严峻,进出口增长速度明显减慢。需要通过制度创新、技术创新来提高贸易便利化水平,增强企业竞争力。通过关检合作实行“一次申报,一次查验,一次放行”的通关模式,将为进出口企业带来实实在在的“重大利好”。本论文通过梳理大连口岸实际货物进出口申报和查验、放行业务流程,根据相关企业和海关、检验检疫对三个一业务改革的需求,在研究全国其他口岸三个一系统建设成果的基础上,设计并完成了大连口岸关检合作通关系统的整体功能。本文首先介绍了课题研究的背景、意义和国内外对单一窗口的研究情况。阐述了系统使用的关键技术,包括基于SOA架构设计的思想、RIA技术实现等内容。其次对系统需求进行分析,明确整体业务流程和各模块功能,以及易用性、可靠性、安全性等非功能性需求。然后对关检合作通关系统的功能设计做了详细的阐述,其中包括部署架构、整体框架结构和交互层设计和数据库设计内容。接着对于具体功能实现进行了说明,其中包括页面展示和一些代码片段。最后通过功能测试和性能测试来验证系统是否满足用户需求。
[Abstract]:Affected by the international environment, the current economic and trade environment is complex and grim, and the growth rate of import and export has slowed obviously. We need to improve the level of trade facilitation and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises through institutional innovation and technological innovation. The customs clearance mode of "one declaration, one inspection, one release" through customs cooperation will bring real "significant benefits" for import and export enterprises. By combing the actual goods import and export declaration and inspection at Dalian Port, this paper releases the business process, according to the needs of the three business reforms of related enterprises and customs, inspection and quarantine, On the basis of studying the achievements of the construction of three systems in other ports in China, the whole function of the cooperative customs clearance system of Dalian Port is designed and completed. Firstly, this paper introduces the background, significance and research situation of single window at home and abroad. The key technologies used in the system are described, including the implementation of SOA architecture. Secondly, the system requirements are analyzed to clarify the whole business process and the function of each module, as well as the non-functional requirements such as ease of use, reliability, security and so on. Then the function design of the customs cooperation customs clearance system is described in detail, including the deployment architecture, the overall framework structure, the interaction layer design and the database design content. Then the implementation of specific functions are described, including page display and some code fragments. Finally, function tests and performance tests are used to verify whether the system meets the needs of users.
