基于物联网的智慧社区管理系统研究

【摘要】:智慧城市规划建设的背景下,智慧社区被作智慧城市的重要支撑和组成部分投入建设,其规模日益扩大,包含的人员、设备和事务日益增多,造成管理的难度逐渐加大。如何做好智慧社区的高效管理,有效发挥智慧社区的资源效用,保障人民的生活和工作安全有序进行,为人民提供良好的生活环境,便成为至关智慧社区建设发展的重要问题。在深入分析物联网、智慧社区各自内涵和功能的基础上,本文以信息整合实现高效管理的理念研究了基于物联网的智慧社区管理系统,设计了主要采用RFID技术、ZigBee技术和视频监控技术实现多种功能的智慧管理方案。方案中,设计了ZigBee的外置传感器节点;选用了以MSP430F2370为微处理器、TRF7960为射频芯片的高频RFID读写器,设计了其软件;设计了以CC2530芯片为核心的ZigBee网络设备及其软件,并且针对ZigBee网络设备软件中组网架构类型的选取,通过建立智慧社区网络设备部署模型,利用OPNET对ZigBee不同组网架构类型基于建立的模型进行分析,确立了选用树形架构。这些工作为智慧社区管理中的基础信息管理、物流服务、家政服务、医疗卫生服务、智能保洁监管和安防监控等功能奠定了良好的基础。最终通过设计综合管理软件,结合上述设计的硬件和软件共同构建了基于物联网的智慧社区管理系统,实现了RFID卡片管理、人员信息管理、物业收费管理和安防监控管理等功能。搭建管理系统的测试环境,编写测试用例,在随机时间条件下测试管理系统的各项功能。通过测试结果证明,硬件设计和软件设计符合要求,管理系统运行稳定且各项功能完整,设计的基于物联网的智慧社区管理系统方案可行,达到了预期的目的。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the planning and construction of intelligent city, the intelligent community is invested in the construction of the important support and component of the intelligent city. Its scale is expanding day by day, and the personnel, equipment and affairs are increasing day by day, resulting in the difficulty of management. How to effectively manage the intelligent community, how to effectively exert the resource utility of the intelligent community, how to ensure the people's life and work safely and orderly, and how to provide the people with a good living environment have become the most important issues in the construction and development of the intelligent community. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the connotation and functions of the Internet of things and the intelligent community, this paper studies the intelligent community management system based on the Internet of things with the idea of information integration and efficient management. The intelligent management scheme which mainly adopts RFID technology and video surveillance technology to realize multiple functions is designed. In the scheme, the external sensor node of ZigBee is designed, the high frequency RFID reader with MSP430F2370 as microprocessor TRF7960 is selected and its software is designed, and the ZigBee network equipment and its software based on CC2530 chip are designed. According to the selection of network architecture type in ZigBee network equipment software, through the establishment of intelligent community network equipment deployment model, using OPNET to analyze the different network architecture types of ZigBee based on the established model, establish the choice of tree architecture. These work have laid a good foundation for the basic information management, logistics service, domestic service, medical and health service, intelligent cleaning supervision and security monitoring and other functions in intelligent community management. Finally, the intelligent community management system based on the Internet of things is constructed by designing the integrated management software and combining the hardware and software of the above design. The RFID card management and the personnel information management are realized. Property charge management and security monitoring management and other functions. Build the test environment of the management system, write the test cases, and test the functions of the management system under the random time condition. The test results show that the hardware design and software design meet the requirements, the management system runs stably and the functions are complete. The intelligent community management system based on the Internet of things is feasible and achieves the expected purpose.
