基于RFID的医院母婴管理系统

【摘要】:我国人口数量多,人口基数比较大,每年新生儿数目也十分庞大。虽然近年来母婴医院数量有所增加,但是面临每天大量婴儿在医院出生,医护人员往往感到力不从心、身心俱疲。人工看护的局限性让不法分子有了可乘之机,从而使婴儿出生后在医院看护期间的安全性得不到有效的保证。可以发现不管是国内还是国外,各大媒体关于婴儿被盗或是抱错事件的报道,还是时有发生,类似事件屡禁不止。导致医患关系恶化,家属对院方产生不信任,事件发生后采取不正当的极端手段发泄自己心中的不满,从而增加了社会的不稳定性,也极其不利于医疗事业的发展。随着科学技术的发展和进步,市场上需要一种现代化管理设备来改变这种现状。在此背景之下,根据市场需求,研发了医院母婴管理系统用于医院对新生儿的监护,减轻医护人员工作负担的同时,更好的保证婴儿的安全。母婴管理系统采用软硬件结合的方式,不仅满足了市场需求,还具有操作简便的优点。该系统一方面更加系统化的保障了母婴的安全,另一方面也使医院的管理趋于规范化。该系统应用射频识别技术,结合个人二代身份证识别、婴儿标签识别和全定向信号接收装置,从母婴入院那一刻开始便对母婴进行全方位监管,保证其安全,形成了安全可靠的管理系统。2015年10月中共十八届五中全会决定:为了积极应对当今社会人口老龄化现象,我国决定继续落实计划生育的基本国策,同时完善人口发展战略,全面实施一对夫妻可以生育两个孩子政策。我国全面二孩政策的实施更加印证了母婴管理系统的可行性和市场需求性。本文在基于硬件设备的基础上,开发了母婴管理系统,并对软件功能进行详细介绍。本系统硬件设备主要采用市场上已经存在的成品,而我所做的主要工作是借助VS2010和QT等编程工具进行系统管理软件的设计。管理软件主要涉及设备管理模块、信息管理模块、母婴管理模块、病房管理模块等。母婴管理系统根据实际调研,结合医院实际布局和需求等一系列标准做为设计依据,在保障医院母婴安全的前提下进行人性化的软件界面设计,方便医护人员掌握和操作。母婴管理系统的软件系统不仅完成设备、病房、母婴及各种相关信息的管理,并且将系统工作日志、用户数据等一系列操作信息自动保存在系统数据库中,保证系统的安全可靠性。
[Abstract]:China has a large population base and a large number of newborns every year. Although the number of maternal and infant hospitals has increased in recent years, faced with a large number of babies born in the hospital every day, medical staff often feel unable to do, physical and mental fatigue. The limitation of artificial care gives the lawbreakers an opportunity to ensure the safety of babies after birth in hospital. It can be found that whether at home or abroad, the major media about the theft of babies or miscarried incidents, or occur from time to time, similar incidents repeatedly prohibited. This leads to the deterioration of doctor-patient relationship, the distrust of the hospital by family members, and the use of improper and extreme means to vent their dissatisfaction after the incident, which increases social instability and is extremely unfavorable to the development of medical services. With the development and progress of science and technology, the market needs a modern management equipment to change this situation. In this context, according to the market demand, a hospital mother and child management system is developed for the hospital to monitor the newborn, reduce the workload of medical staff, and better ensure the safety of infants. The system not only meets the market demand, but also has the advantage of simple operation. On the one hand, the system ensures the safety of mother and child more systemically, on the other hand, it makes hospital management more standardized. The system uses radio frequency identification technology, combined with personal second-generation identity card identification, infant label identification and all-directional signal receiving device. From the moment the mother and child are admitted to hospital, the system carries out all-round supervision over the mother and the child, so as to ensure the safety of the mother and the child. A safe and reliable management system has been formed. In October 2015, the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee decided that in order to positively deal with the aging of the population in today's society, China has decided to continue to implement the basic national policy of family planning and to improve the population development strategy. Full implementation of a couple can have two children policy. The implementation of our country's two-child policy confirms the feasibility and market demand of mother and child management system. On the basis of hardware, this paper develops the management system of mother and child, and introduces the function of software in detail. The hardware of this system mainly adopts the finished products that already exist in the market, and my main work is to design the system management software with the help of VS2010 and QT programming tools. Management software mainly involves equipment management module, information management module, mother and child management module, ward management module and so on. According to the actual investigation and research, combined with a series of standards such as the actual layout and demand of the hospital as the design basis, the system carries out the humanized software interface design under the premise of ensuring the safety of the mother and the child in the hospital, which is convenient for the medical staff to master and operate. The software system of the system not only completes the management of equipment, ward, mother and child and all kinds of related information, but also automatically stores a series of operation information, such as system work log, user data and so on, in the database of the system. Ensure the safety and reliability of the system.
