快递企业EIP系统设计与实现

【摘要】:快递业已逐渐成为现代服务业的重要组成部分之一,同时也是推动流通方式转型、促进消费升级的现代化先导性产业。近年来,我国的快递业发展迅速,企业数量大幅增加,业务规模持续扩大,快递企业内部管理模式也从垂直式管理模式,趋向扁平化模式推进。但与此同时,快递业发展方式粗放、缺乏规范性等问题仍较为突出。为了梳理快递企业内部流程,提高业务管理水平、运作能力,提升员工满意度、客户满意度,增强客户忠诚度及理顺各部门及员工工作等具有重要作用。快递企业EIP是一个基于Web的系统,整合各种相互独立的信息应用系统,帮助用户管理、组织和查询与企业和部门相关的信息,快递企业的管理效率、运营成本通过集约化管理将得到极大的提升。快递企业EIP项目的实施,将原来分散在各个信息化部门的数据资源、各个管理及职能部门的各种应用系统,通过集成方式,结合最新的互联网资源及企业办公自动化应用统一集成为一个整合的信息门户。在这次的EIP系统实施中,我们还将考虑到不同部门和职级的设置、系统整合,不仅提升了信息化营运管理水平,又为每一个使用者创造良好的应用氛围。本论文正是正对快递企业存在的各个系统信息孤岛问题,以快递企业一键登录门户系统的建设为主要抓手,对快递企业信息化系统使用情况进行分析,对需求进行调研,抓住企业关注的核心问题,通过信息化技术提供支撑,建设满足未来业务发展需求的信息门户系统架构。对快递企业目前各个信息系统的使用及业务部门的工作求进行分析,从基础的网络架构、逻辑架构、应用层服务集成、系统安全控制等多个方面对快递企业信心门户系统进行设计,制定了系统的基本框架,提出了系统的实现构想。
[Abstract]:Express delivery has gradually become one of the important parts of modern service industry, and it is also a modern leading industry to promote the transformation of circulation mode and promote consumption upgrading. In recent years, the express delivery industry in China has developed rapidly, the number of enterprises has increased significantly, the business scale has been continuously expanded, and the internal management mode of express delivery enterprises has also moved from vertical management mode to flat mode. But at the same time, express industry development mode extensive, lack of standardization and other problems are still more prominent. In order to comb the internal process of express delivery enterprises, improve the level of business management, operational ability, improve employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, enhance customer loyalty and straighten out the work of all departments and staff has an important role. EIP is a system based on Web, which integrates all kinds of independent information application systems, helps users to manage, organize and query information related to enterprises and departments, and the management efficiency of express delivery enterprises. Operating costs will be greatly enhanced through intensive management. The implementation of the EIP project in express delivery enterprises will spread the data resources in various information departments, the various application systems of various management and functional departments, through the way of integration, Combine the latest Internet resources and enterprise office automation application unified integration into an integrated information portal. In the implementation of the EIP system, we will also take into account the different departments and ranks of settings, system integration, not only improve the level of information operation management, but also for each user to create a good environment for the application. This paper is just to express the express enterprise existence each system information isolated island question, regarding express delivery enterprise to log on the portal system construction as the main grasp, carries on the analysis to the express delivery enterprise information system use situation, carries on the investigation to the demand. In order to meet the needs of business development in the future, the information portal system architecture is constructed by holding on to the core issues concerned by enterprises and providing support through information technology. The use of various information systems and the work of business departments in express delivery enterprises are analyzed, from the basic network architecture, logical structure, application layer service integration, The system security control and other aspects of the express delivery enterprise confidence portal system is designed, the basic framework of the system is established, and the realization of the system is put forward.
