A县电信公司企业人事管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着21世纪互联网时代的来临,互联网对人们日常生活中的影响越来越大,并给人们带来了更为便利的日常生活。企业运营趋于信息化、电子化方向发展,运营成本能得到有效降低,工作效率得以有效提高。人事管理在企业中运用的好坏关系到企业的生存与长远发展。A县电信公司目前仍然使用传统的人事管理,大量的工作需要人工去完成,繁琐而且效率低下,人事的决策没有详细的数据作参考依据,提供信息数据费时且不详细,对于公司的人事管理层来说,非常需要一个便于操作、功能齐全、能够满足企业需求的系统。本论文研究背景是A县电信公司的人事管理系统,基于满足A县电信公司的基本需求,使用面向对象方法对A县电信公司人事管理系统进行设计与实现。首先,笔者以软件开发和该管理系统现实条件为前提,对论文进行整体结构的规划展示;然后,在开发系统的整个过程里运用信息技术思想,从A县电信公司当下的人事管理实际的现状出发,结合了国内外人事管理系统的优点,通过精心的设计、开发到最终的实践,完成了本系统,其中对人事管理系统进行了需求分析、可行性分析、完整的设计。目的是为A县电信公司开发出一个人力资源管理工作的信息化,人力资源管理工作的规范化,提高工作效率的人事管理系统。系统主要围绕A县电信企业日常管理工作需求,使用了JSP和JavaBean的技术,设计完成了本系统。经测试,A县电信人事管理系统能满足该企业日常工作的所有需求,省去了大量的从人工工作,实现了系统的自动化管理,高效地完成人事工作,并且使人事管理更规范、更科学。文章详细的介绍了人事综合管理系统的分析、设计、实现、测试的全过程。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the Internet era in the 21st century, the Internet has more and more influence on people's daily life, and has brought people more convenient daily life. Enterprise operation tends to information, electronic direction development, operating costs can be effectively reduced, work efficiency can be effectively improved. The use of personnel management in enterprises is related to the survival and long-term development of enterprises. At present, the telecom company of County A still uses traditional personnel management. A large amount of work needs to be done manually, which is cumbersome and inefficient. There is no detailed data for reference in personnel decision-making, and it is time-consuming and not detailed to provide information data. For the personnel management of the company, it is very necessary to have a system that is easy to operate, complete in function, and can meet the needs of the enterprise. The background of this paper is the personnel management system of A County Telecom Company. Based on the basic needs of A County Telecom Company, the object-oriented method is used to design and implement the personnel Management system of A County Telecom Company. First of all, on the premise of software development and the realistic condition of the management system, the author carries on the whole structure planning display to the thesis; then, in the whole process of developing the system, the author uses the information technology thought, Starting from the current situation of personnel management in A County Telecom Company, combining the advantages of domestic and foreign personnel management systems, through careful design, development to the final practice, the system has been completed. Among them, the personnel management system needs analysis, feasibility analysis, complete design. The purpose of this paper is to develop a personnel management system for A County Telecom Company which is based on the informatization of human resource management, standardization of human resource management and improvement of work efficiency. The system mainly focuses on the needs of daily management of telecom enterprises in County A, using the technologies of JSP and JavaBean to design and complete the system. After testing, the personnel management system of County A Telecom can meet all the demands of the daily work of the enterprise, save a large amount of manual work, realize the automatic management of the system, accomplish the personnel work efficiently, and make the personnel management more standardized. More scientific. This paper introduces the whole process of the analysis, design, realization and test of the integrated personnel management system in detail.
