BIM技术在城市综合管廊运营维护阶段的应用研究

【摘要】:近年来,城市综合管廊项目受到国家和地方政府的重视,城市规划中对城市综合管廊的规划有大量的资金和政策支持,然而,建成之后的运维水平还有待提升。城市综合管廊的特殊构造和作用也导致了其运维过程中具有隐蔽性、复杂性和连锁性等特点,增加了运维管理的难度。本文提出用BIM技术解决城市综合管廊的运营维护管理问题,建立基于BIM的城市综合管廊运营维护管理平台,以提高管理效率。本文将城市综合管廊在国内外的发展历程进行归纳总结,发现无论国内国外,对综合管廊的重视程度随着城市的发展是不断提高的。城市综合管廊的运维管理是由多个部门和单位参与的,包括各专业管线单位和管廊运营公司等,其中管廊运营公司是管廊运维管理工作的核心部门,起到协调沟通的作用。管廊的运维管理主要依靠人工和监控系统进行,智能化的监控系统承担了城市综合管廊运营维护管理中的大部分工作。BIM技术不断发展,它的深度应用呈现出多阶段、集成化、多角度、协同化和普及化的特点。将BIM技术应用到城市综合管廊的运维管理中在技术、经济和环境上都是合理的。对城市综合管廊运维管理模型的功能需求深入挖掘,之后进行模型构建。该模型要实现实时信息采集、有效信息集成和分配、可视化的信息管理和自动安全监测和报警等功能。从以上功能出发,总结出该模型所需要的监控系统和BIM模型数据。城市综合管廊运维管理模型主要包括BIM可视化运维管理平台、运维数据库和监控系统三大模块,其中监控系统负责采集安全信息,辅助另外两个模块的功能实现。BIM可视化运维管理平台和运维数据库的结合使用能够协助各管理方进行设备/管线基本信息管理、安全管理、维护管理、成本管理、合同管理和管理方信息管理。利用GUI等原型设计软件进行管理系统的原型设计,模拟将工程案例导入该系统,并模拟系统的实施流程,对基于BIM的城市综合管廊运维管理模型的有效性进行进一步的验证。从外部环境、企业环境和项目环境三个层次,对该运维管理系统的应用中可能出现的障碍进行分析,并提出应用建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the city integrated management corridor project receives the national and the local government attention, the city planning has the massive funds and the policy support to the city integrated management corridor plan, but after the completion, the operation and maintenance level still needs to be improved. The special structure and function of urban integrated pipe gallery also lead to the hidden, complex and interlocking characteristics in the operation and maintenance process, which increase the difficulty of operation and maintenance management. In this paper, BIM technology is used to solve the problem of operation and management of city integrated pipe gallery, and the platform of operation and management of city integrated pipe gallery based on BIM is established to improve the efficiency of management. In this paper, the development of urban integrated pipe gallery at home and abroad is summarized, and it is found that the importance of comprehensive pipe gallery is increasing with the development of the city, both at home and abroad. The operation and maintenance management of city integrated management corridor is participated by many departments and units, including all professional pipeline units and management companies, among which the management and maintenance company is the core department of management and maintenance work, and plays a role of coordination and communication. The operation and maintenance management of the management corridor mainly depends on manual and monitoring system. The intelligent monitoring system undertakes most of the work in the operation and maintenance management of the city comprehensive pipe corridor. BIM technology develops continuously, and its deep application presents multi-stage and integration. The characteristics of multi-angle, coordination and popularization. It is reasonable to apply BIM technology to the operation and maintenance management of city integrated pipe gallery. The functional requirements of the operation and maintenance management model of urban integrated management corridor are deeply excavated, and then the model is constructed. The model can realize the functions of real-time information collection, effective information integration and distribution, visual information management, automatic security monitoring and alarm. Based on the above functions, the monitoring system and BIM model data needed by the model are summarized. The operation and maintenance management model of urban integrated management corridor mainly includes three modules: BIM visual operation and maintenance management platform, operation and maintenance database and monitoring system, in which the monitoring system is responsible for collecting security information. Assist the other two modules function to realize. BIM visual operation and maintenance management platform and operation and maintenance database can help the management to carry out basic information management of equipment / pipeline, safety management, maintenance management, cost management, Contract management and management information management. The prototype design of the management system is carried out by using the prototype design software such as GUI, the engineering cases are introduced into the system, and the implementation process of the system is simulated. The validity of the operation and maintenance management model of the city integrated management corridor based on BIM is further verified. From three levels of external environment, enterprise environment and project environment, this paper analyzes the possible obstacles in the application of the operation and maintenance management system, and puts forward some suggestions for application.
