警务体能测试评定管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：在“推进公安信息化”的大环境下,结合基层派出所部门对于综合应用信息系统的需求,相关公安应用信息系统亟待开发。公安人员作为打击犯罪、维护社会稳定和保证人民安全的警务工作人员,良好的体能对于其执行公务和保障自身均十分重要。为进一步推动和鼓励广大公安民警积极参加体育锻炼、增强体质、提高战斗力,本文对警务体能达标测试成绩等级评定管理系统进行了设计与实现。如何合理运用现有技术,实现稳定、友好、高度可扩展的警务体能测试评定管理系统是本文的研究目标。本系统采用客户端/服务器(C/S)架构进行开发,使用Microsoft Visual Basic语言进行编程。以Microsoft Access作为后台数据库管理系统,支持大数据量本地高速操作,以及Microsoft Excel数据表导入、导出操作。系统采用多重加密,单机授权唯一机器认证码启动。系统采用分权限管理,设浏览、录入、管理等用户权限。系统包括登录模块、人员管理模块、后台管理模块、数据库管理模块、数据导入模块、报表生成模块、在线打印模块组成。系统支持对测试人员进行自动分组和测试安排、支持数据的导入与导出功能、支持数据的自动纠错与校正、支持在线打印报表、支持多种形式的排序与统计。友好美观的界面显示,简单便捷的操作方式,强大的数据处理能力以及低廉的维护成本等是本文研制开发的测评管理系统的特点。本系统通过根据不同公安派出所的自身实际情况再做微小改动,即可在公安部门之间大面积推广,具有较强的实用性与较高的推广价值。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of "advancing the information of public security", the relevant police application information system needs to be developed urgently according to the demand of the basic police station department for the comprehensive application information system. As police personnel who fight crime, maintain social stability and ensure the safety of the people, it is very important for the public security personnel to have a good physical ability to carry out their official duties and safeguard themselves. In order to further promote and encourage the police officers to take part in physical training, strengthen their physique and improve their combat effectiveness, this paper designs and implements a management system for evaluating the grades of police physical fitness. How to use the existing technology reasonably to realize the stable, friendly and highly extensible police fitness test and evaluation management system is the research goal of this paper. This system adopts client / Server C / S architecture to develop, and uses Microsoft Visual Basic language to program. Microsoft Access is used as the background database management system to support the local high-speed operation of large amount of data, and the import and export operation of Microsoft Excel data table. The system uses multiple encryption, single machine authorized only machine authentication code start. The system uses sub-authority management, set browsing, input, management and other user rights. The system consists of login module, personnel management module, background management module, database management module, data import module, report generation module and online printing module. The system supports automatic grouping and testing arrangements for testers, data import and export functions, automatic error correction and correction of data, online printing of reports, and various forms of sorting and statistics. Friendly and beautiful interface, simple and convenient operation, powerful data processing ability and low maintenance cost are the characteristics of the evaluation and management system developed in this paper. According to the actual situation of different police stations, the system can be popularized in a large area according to the actual situation of different police stations, which has strong practicability and high promotion value.
