橡塑机运行状态监测及数据库系统研究

【摘要】:自从进入工业化阶段,人类社会的发展速度得到了巨大的提升,而最能体现这一现象的便是高度发达的交通运输业。近几十年,汽车等交通工业作为我国的国民经济支柱产业,市场前景广阔,为我国橡胶工业提供了极好的发展时机,而轮胎作为汽车的主要部件,它的产量也随之不断提高,继而带动着我国橡塑机械行业的高速发展。伴随着科技的进步,子午线轮胎生产设备也在不断的改进升级,传统的工业操作系统已经不能满足现代轮胎生产的发展需求,因此向自动化智能化发展是现今橡塑轮胎产业的最优选择,这样不仅能够加快橡塑机械工业转型的进程,更能通过大数据分析对生产工艺及管理进行研究和改进,对提高生产效率与改善管理模式都有着巨大的贡献。橡塑机运行状态监测及数据库系统在硬件模块结构上基于罗克韦尔ControlLogix硬件集成架构,通过研究分析橡塑机械电气设备的工艺特点、生产实际需求与现场通信设备后,确定采用了以工业以太网为主的现场总线通信方式和"星形+环形"的网络拓扑结构;在软件系统方面基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW软件开发平台开发上位机软件与PLC通信与指令交互,从而实现生产流程步骤动作的自动化与智能化;建立Oracle实时数据库系统实现现场数据上传至数据库服务器存储、分析与管理。橡塑机运行状态监测及数据库系统是一套可配置的人机交互操作平台,能够进行实时采集设备运行状态数据并上传至数据库服务器中进行集中分析处理,具备事先检测,远程调试,实时显示设备异常情况,监控日志信息可供查询和分析,故障报警等功能。经过在厂测试和客户现场的调试,橡塑机运行状态监测及数据库系统运行稳定,能够实时监控现场生产设备状态并上传至数据库服务器,有效提高了生产效率,对现代工业现场的工业化和信息化结合的"两化融合"思想的实现具有开拓性意义。
[Abstract]:Since the stage of industrialization, the speed of the development of human society has been greatly improved, and it is the highly developed transportation and transportation industry which can most reflect this phenomenon. In recent decades, the automobile industry as the pillar industry of our national economy has a broad market prospect, which has provided an excellent opportunity for the development of China's rubber industry, and the wheel has been a great opportunity for the development of China's rubber industry. As the main component of the car, the production of the tire is also increasing, and then it leads to the rapid development of China's rubber and plastic machinery industry. With the progress of science and technology, the radial tire production equipment is constantly improving and upgrading. The traditional industrial operating system can not meet the development needs of modern tire production, so it is automated to automation. The intelligent development is the best choice for the rubber and plastic tyre industry. It can not only accelerate the process of the transformation of the rubber and plastic machinery industry, but also study and improve the production process and management through large data analysis. It has great contribution to improving the production efficiency and improving the management mode. Based on the ControlLogix hardware integration architecture of the hardware module, through the study and analysis of the technological characteristics of the rubber and plastic electrical equipment, the actual demand and the field communication equipment are produced, the field bus communication mode and the "star + ring" network topology with industrial Ethernet are adopted, and the software system is used in the software system. On the basis of the virtual instrument LabVIEW software development platform, the interaction between the host computer software and the PLC communication and instruction is developed to realize the automation and intelligentization of the steps of the production process, and the Oracle real-time database system is set up to upload the field data to the database server storage, analyze and manage it. The monitoring and database of the running state of the rubber machine and the database The system is a set of configurable human-computer interactive operating platform. It can carry out the data of real-time acquisition of equipment running state and upload it to the database server for centralized analysis and processing. It has pre detection, remote debugging, real-time display of abnormal conditions of equipment, monitoring log information for query and analysis, fault alarm and other functions. The test and customer site debugging, the running state monitoring and the database system run stably, can monitor the status of the production equipment and upload it to the database server in real time, and effectively improve the production efficiency. It is of pioneering significance to the realization of the "two fusion" idea of the industrialization and information integration of modern industrial field.
