面向BIM与智慧城市的智慧结构健康监测系统开发研究

【摘要】:土木行业BIM是目前最为先进的、服务于建筑项目全生命周期的综合技术,尤其是近几年在我国建筑行业迅猛发展,可见其重要性非同一般。随着能源与环境问题的日益突出,倡导绿色、可持续的发展逐渐被提上日程。BIM具有的优点如下:①完备性;②参数化性;③一体化性;④可视化性;⑤协调性;⑥模拟性;⑦优化性;⑧可出图性。这就使得BIM的研发方面蕴含着巨大的潜力。智慧城市在技术层面上讲:是以信息、知识为核心资源,以新一代信息技术为核心支撑手段,以泛在高速光纤为基础,通过广泛的信息获取和对环境的透彻感知以及科学有效的信息处理。其在社会方面的效益为:以此来创新城市管理模式、提高城市运行效率、改善城市公共服务水平,以达到智慧经济、智慧流动、智慧环境、智慧公共、智慧家居、智慧管理等目标,实现人口、产业、空间、土地、环境、社会活动和公共服务等领域智能化为全新的城市形态和发展模式。虽然BIM技术在理论上可以使人们受益匪浅,但是人们要想从BIM中真真正正地获益还得需要很长地一段路要走。究其关键是还需实现BIM的“着陆”。本文正是基于BIM急需要“着陆”的现实,以装配式轻钢活动板房工程实例为研究对象,通过软件的开发、信号处理、建筑结构软件模拟等方式拓展了 BIM在全寿命周期(尤其是在运营维护阶段)的应用范围,使其与结构健康监测相结合,赋予建筑物“感知”自身的能力,以此来实现智慧建筑乃至智慧城市,为人民、社会更好地服务。
[Abstract]:Civil engineering industry BIM is the most advanced comprehensive technology serving the whole life cycle of construction projects, especially the rapid development of construction industry in China in recent years, so its importance is extraordinary. With the increasingly prominent energy and environmental problems, advocating green, sustainable development has been gradually put on the agenda. BIM has the following advantages: 1 completeness, 2 parametric, 3 integration, 4 visualization, 5 coordination and 6 simulation; (7) optimality and charting ability. This makes the research and development of BIM has great potential. At the technical level, the wisdom city is based on the information and knowledge as the core resource, the new generation of information technology as the core supporting means, and the ubiquitous high-speed optical fiber as the foundation. Through a wide range of information access and thorough understanding of the environment, as well as scientific and effective information processing. Its social benefits are as follows: to innovate the urban management mode, to improve the efficiency of urban operation, to improve the level of urban public service, to achieve intelligent economy, intelligent flow, intelligent environment, intelligent public, intelligent home, Intelligent management aims to achieve the population, industry, space, land, environment, social activities, public services and other fields of intelligence for the new urban form and development model. Although BIM technology can benefit people in theory, it will take a long time for people to really benefit from BIM. The key is to achieve the BIM's landing. This paper is based on the reality of "landing" in urgent need of BIM, taking the example of assembly light steel movable plate building as the research object, through the development of software, signal processing, The software simulation of building structure expands the application scope of BIM in the whole life cycle (especially in the stage of operation and maintenance), which combines with structural health monitoring, and endows the building with the ability of "perception" itself. In order to achieve the wisdom of the building and even the wisdom of the city, for the people, society better service.
