高等职业院校教务管理信息系统的研发

【摘要】：在高等职业院校教学管理中,教务管理是其中重要的手段之一,是学校建设中至关重要的一环。随着我国经济的发展,教育在改革的推动下信息化获得了长足发展。过去我国高等职业院校在教务管理上思想、方法都很陈旧,原来的人工方式已经无法适应社会的发展,它不但消耗掉大量的人力和物力,还出现由于信息上不能完全共享,造成与教育信息化的建设有些格格不入。随着我国经济的发展,社会信息化程度大幅度提高,特别是现在的网络技术,已经遍布社会的各个角落,为人们的生活带来了很大的方便。因此开发一套完整的教务信息管理系统促进职业院校的教务管理势在必行。在本文研究过程中对现阶段的教务管理进行了充分调查,阐述了教务管理工作融入网络技术的重要意义。在本文研究的过程中基于ASP.NET的结构模式对软件体系中的B/S框架进行了探索和研究。本文运用的是云计算平台,该服务平台是由Windows Azure提供的,在一定程度工节约了很多费用。在研究过程中对系统的实用性进行了深入分析,并从软硬件、维护以及技术等方面保证了系统的可靠性,然后结合教务管理的实际情况对系统进行了改进。针对系统进行需求分析是系统研究的最根本基础,通过需求分析对系统进行模块化管理,对系统中的不同功能项进行细致划分,实现系了统的不同功能。系统对用户是否能够实现交互功能进行明确,并对各个功能模块进行研究,特别是对数据库进行了深入研究,然后发布.NET的程序代码传送到Windows Azure的云平台,使得系统功能得以实现。在研究的过程中作为研究对象的是延安职业技术学院,对其教务管理系统进行了研发,并投入到实践应用当中去,达到了预期的目标。
[Abstract]:In the teaching management of higher vocational colleges, educational administration is one of the important means and a crucial part in school construction. With the development of economy in our country, the informationization of education has made great progress under the promotion of reform. In the past, the ideas and methods of educational administration in higher vocational colleges and universities in our country were all very old, and the original manual way could no longer adapt to the development of society. It not only consumed a great deal of manpower and material resources, but also appeared because the information could not be fully shared. Cause and the construction of education information some incongruous. With the development of our country's economy, the degree of social informatization has been greatly improved, especially the network technology, which has spread all over the society and brought great convenience to people's life. Therefore, it is imperative to develop a complete educational administration information management system to promote the educational administration in vocational colleges. In the course of the research, the author makes a full investigation of the educational administration at present, and expounds the significance of the educational administration integrating into the network technology. In the course of this study, the B / S framework in software architecture is explored and studied based on ASP.NET architecture. This article uses the cloud computing platform, this service platform is provided by the Windows Azure, has saved a lot of expense to some extent. In the course of the research, the practicability of the system is deeply analyzed, and the reliability of the system is ensured from the aspects of hardware and software, maintenance and technology, and then the system is improved according to the actual situation of educational administration. The requirement analysis is the most fundamental foundation of the system research. Through the requirement analysis, the system is managed by modularization, the different function items in the system are divided carefully, and the different functions of the system are realized. The system makes clear whether the user can realize the interactive function, and studies each function module, especially the database, and then issues the program code of .NET to the cloud platform of Windows Azure. The system function can be realized. In the course of the research, Yan'an Vocational and Technical College is the object of study. The educational administration management system has been researched and developed, and has been put into practice and applied to achieve the expected goal.
