市级纪检监察管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:临沂市纪检监察部门通过一定时间的考察调研发现,现有的纪检监察管理系统存在诸多问题,这些问题的存在严重制约着该部门的进一步发展。传统的纪检监察管理系统还存在很多需要人工操作的地方,这不仅仅浪费人力资源,而且增加了人为因素带来的安全问题;在数据存储和管理方面,传统的系统存在数据效率低下、数据准确性高、数据传输错误率高等问题。针对这些问题,临沂市纪检监察部门计划设计与实现一款功能完善的纪检监察管理系统。纪检监察管理系统的架构方式是B/S架构,对纪检监察管理系统的不同功能进行模块化管理。采用JAVA语言进行系统的开发,同时,采用面向对象的思想,将不同的模块进行绑定,减少系统模块相互的耦合程度,进而改善纪检监察管理系统的可维护程度。与此同时,系统在设计方面采用Struts、Spring、Hibernate框架进行系统的整体布局。在数据存储方面,本系统采用SQLServer2014数据库进行数据的存储。纪检监察管理系统实现纪检监察管理系统管理、廉政档案、信访、案件的管理、纪检监察管理查询统计和宣传教育六个模块。系统管理包括系统设置、个人设置、人员管理和轮岗管理四部分;廉政档案管理模块包括报表管理、档案管理和离线客户端管理三部分。其中,报表管理包括报表添加、报表修改、报表删除、报表锁定、报表解锁和报表定制;信访管理包括信访件录入、信访件管理和信访件核查。案件管理模块包括初核登记、立案登记、申诉登记和案件管理四部分。查询统计模块包括列表查询、信访案件统计、自定义查询;宣传教育模块包括政策法规宣传、学习园地和廉政短信管理三部分。纪检监察管理系统的设计与实现能够尽可能的改善临沂市纪检监察部门的纪检检查效率,进而改善相关部门的整体管理效率;此外,该系统的研发还可以弥补国内相关研究领域的不足。
[Abstract]:Linyi discipline inspection and supervision department through a certain period of investigation and investigation found that there are many problems in the existing discipline inspection and supervision management system, these problems seriously restrict the further development of this department. The traditional discipline inspection and supervision management system still has many places that need manual operation. This not only wastes human resources, but also increases the security problems caused by human factors. In the aspect of data storage and management, The traditional system has some problems, such as low data efficiency, high data accuracy and high data transmission error rate. To solve these problems, Linyi discipline Inspection and Supervision Department plans to design and implement a functional discipline inspection and management system. The architecture of discipline inspection and supervision management system is B / S architecture, and modularized management of different functions of discipline inspection supervision management system. The JAVA language is used to develop the system. At the same time, different modules are bound to reduce the coupling degree between the system modules and improve the maintainability of the discipline inspection and supervision management system. At the same time, the system uses Struts Spring hibernate framework to design the overall layout of the system. In the aspect of data storage, this system uses SQLServer2014 database to store data. Discipline inspection and supervision management system realizes six modules: discipline inspection supervision management system management, clean government files, letters and visits, case management, discipline inspection supervision management, inquiry and statistics, publicity and education. The system management includes four parts: system setup, personal setup, personnel management and rotation management; the clean government archives management module includes three parts: report management, file management and offline client management. Report management includes report addition, report modification, report deletion, report locking, report unlocking and report customization; letter and call management includes letter and call entry, letter and call management, and letter and visit verification. The case management module includes four parts: initial registration, filing registration, complaint registration and case management. Query statistics module includes list query, petition case statistics, self-defined query; publicity and education module includes policies and regulations publicity, learning garden and clean government SMS management three parts. The design and implementation of discipline inspection and supervision management system can improve the efficiency of discipline inspection and inspection of Linyi discipline inspection department as much as possible, and then improve the overall management efficiency of relevant departments. The research and development of the system can also make up for the deficiencies in domestic related research areas.
