山西计量设备检定管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：现阶段各种关于质量技术监督管理的软件系统、网站大多数都是各自为政,这样就导致质检系统内部上级单位对下级单位的检定工作不能够及时、准确的掌握;并且各个企业单位为了减少开支,对于到期应该送检的设备没有及时送检或者不送检,以至于质检机构大量投资的检测设备资金回收周期较长。另外,对于检定单位来说,如何合理化安排检定流程当中服务台的使用率也是势在必行。针对以上所提出的问题,本文以某省质量技术监督局计量器具检定管理流程为研究对象,并且在计量器具检定流程管理中采用排队论,提高窗口服务台的使用效率。日常计量检定管理系统实现了从窗口登记、设备接收、设备检测、设备审核、领导审批、证书打印等一系列的日常检定流程,对到期未检的设备进行报警,并责令稽查部门予以处罚。三级计量系统管理平台主要是对上报的检定数据进行集中化、分级化的统一管理。日常计量检定管理系统对于有效的检定数据,按照统一的格式上传给三级计量系统管理平台。三级计量系统管理平台,根据上级单位只能对本单位及所属下级单位的检定数据进行查询、统计、对比的业务要求,系统对每个系统用户划分了不同权限、职能,逐级管理。最后,采用黑盒测试,模拟了整个系统的业务流程,经过几次用例测试,验证了本系统能够充分解决现阶段质量技术监督管理工作中存在的缺陷,并且能够安全可靠的运行。

In addition, for the verification unit, how to rationalize the verification process in the use of help-desk is also imperative. In order to improve the efficiency of window service desk, this paper takes the management flow of measuring instrument verification in a provincial bureau of quality and technology supervision as the research object, and adopts the queuing theory in the management of measuring instrument verification process. The daily measurement verification management system has realized a series of routine verification processes from window registration, equipment receiving, equipment testing, equipment auditing, leading examination and approval, certificate printing and so on. And ordered the audit department to punish. The management platform of three-level metrology system is mainly centralized and unified management of the reported verification data. Daily measurement verification management system for effective verification data, according to the unified format uploaded to the three-level measurement system management platform. The three-level metrology system management platform, according to the superior unit can only inquire the verification data of the unit and the subordinate unit, statistics, contrast the business request, the system has divided the different authority, the function, the level management to each system user. Finally, the business process of the whole system is simulated by using black box test. After several use case tests, it is verified that the system can fully solve the defects existing in the quality and technical supervision and management work at the present stage, and can run safely and reliably.
