电子档案AVIDM系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:本文所讲述的AVIDM系统(Aerospace Vehicles Integrated Design and Manufacturing)是我所研发的信息化管理项目。在此之前,随着我所的发展,档案的数量和种类也在日渐增多,传统的档案管理方法逐渐显现了其弊端,也越来越不能适应管理需求。纯手工的的档案管理导致管理效率低下;海量的档案加大了查询难度;原有的借阅管理方式已经不适应现代化信息化的管理要求;原来的目录管理方式缺少正文,不利于资源的共享;传统纸质的档案保存方式存在不确定的安全因素。为了加强对档案的管理,提高档案的查阅速度,从而提高工作效率,我所通过调研需求,设计并研发了该电子档案信息管理系统。AVIDM系统作为典型的PDM产品,主要可以实现对企业信息从产品制造信息到行政办公信息的全方位集成化管理,将“孤岛式”的应用系统进行紧密集成,实现标准化设计与规范化管理,使企业多年积累经验和资源得以保存、共享并充分利用。AVIDM工程的实施目的是利用计算机网络建立产品研制的集成化系统,使用户单位实现产品研制过程的信息化控制和管理,保证信息的一致性、完整性和有效性,将准确的数据,在准确的时间,以准确的格式准确的传给需要的用户,并逐步形成适应航天企业信息化要求的管理模式,以信息化带动工业化。在新的市场环境和商业环境中,以信息技术为主导,综合先进制造技术和现代管理模式的高新技术成为了现代企业发展的方向。为了能在日趋激烈的市场环境中赢得竞争,我所决定把技术革新和组织创新、管理创新结合起来,以PDM系统为核心,力争实现企业全面信息化,提高企业市场竞争力,为我所赢得市场竞争创造有利条件。系统运行于C/S模式,这种模式的应用,更有利于系统的推广与应用。系统研发采用NET FrameWork作为开发平台,JAVA语言作为开发语言,采用该系统独有的系统数据库管理平台。系统采用了目前比较新颖、成熟的技术和工具,微系统的先进性和稳定性提供了保障。
[Abstract]:The AVIDM system, Aerospace Vehicles Integrated Design and Manufacturing, is an information management project developed by me. Before this, with the development of our institute, the number and type of archives are increasing day by day. The traditional methods of archives management have gradually shown their disadvantages, and they are more and more unable to meet the needs of management. Pure manual file management leads to low management efficiency; massive archives increase the difficulty of query; the original loan management mode has not adapted to the requirements of modern information management; the original directory management method is lack of text, It is not conducive to the sharing of resources, and there are uncertain security factors in the traditional paper file preservation. In order to strengthen the management of archives, improve the speed of file access, and improve the efficiency of work, I designed and developed the electronic file information management system. AVIDM system as a typical PDM product. It can realize the omni-directional integrated management of enterprise information from product manufacturing information to administrative office information, closely integrate the "isolated island" application system, and realize standardized design and standardized management. The purpose of sharing and making full use of .AVIDM project is to set up an integrated system of product development by using computer network, so that the user units can realize the information control and management of the product development process, so that the enterprises can accumulate experience and resources for many years, and share and make full use of the implementation of the .AVIDM project. To ensure the consistency, integrity and validity of the information, to transfer the accurate data to the users in the correct format and at the right time, and to gradually form a management model to meet the requirements of the informatization of aerospace enterprises, Drive industrialization with informationization. In the new market environment and commercial environment, the high and new technology, which is dominated by information technology, integrates advanced manufacturing technology and modern management mode, has become the direction of the development of modern enterprises. In order to win the competition in the increasingly fierce market environment, I have decided to combine the technological innovation with organizational innovation and management innovation, take PDM system as the core, strive to realize the enterprise's comprehensive information and improve the enterprise's market competitiveness. Create favorable conditions for the market competition I have won. The system runs in the C / S mode, the application of this mode is more conducive to the promotion and application of the system. The system adopts NET FrameWork as the development platform and Java language as the development language, and adopts the system database management platform which is unique to the system. The new and mature technology and tools are used in the system, and the advancement and stability of the microsystem are guaranteed.
