快递信息查询管理平台的设计与开发

【摘要】:电子商务的业务成交量在互联网时代得到爆炸式的增长,为快递企业发展提供了强大的动力。面对持续攀升的业务量以及日益丰富的用户需求,快递企业亟需增强数据的收集分析能力,实现业务处理高效化和公司管理科学化,才能在激烈的竞争中得以生存。目前国内快递企业发展不均衡,大多数的小型快递企业仍然延续着低效的业务管理模式。这导致了路由不合理、数据利用率低和信息查询能力差等诸多问题,严重降低了用户体验和增加了公司的运营成本。利用成熟的数据库和互联网技术,快递企业不但可以提高管理水平、服务能力,而且降低了运营成本。通过搭建功能完善的企业门户网站,用户的个性化需求也得到满足。因此,积极研发兼具公司管理功能和用户查询服务的快递管理平台对于快递企业具有重大的意义。本论文选择小型快递企业为研究背景,以先进的信息技术为研发基础,对快递信息查询管理平台进行设计与开发。文章的具体工作可以分为以下几个部分:(1)通过深入分析小型快递企业当前存在的主要问题,结合快递业务的具体流程和快递网络的物理组成,文章明确了快递信息查询管理平台需要实现的基本功能。为了进一步细化功能模块,文章对平台的使用者进行了划分。然后通过建立参与者用例模型,确定了每一类参与者需要的功能用例。最终形成功能分析文档,完成对平台的需求分析。(2)基于功能需求和使用场景,确定平台采用B/S架构和LAMP开发环境,并使用MVC模式组织代码。接着利用流程图和时序图对平台功能模块进行详细的分析,确定平台开发时需要使用到的技术并完成对代码结构的设计。最后,利用数据库ER图对数据库进行合理的建模,明确每一个数据表的所需字段,定义不同数据表之间的关联,从而完成数据库表结构的设计。(3)利用ThinkPHP框架完成平台的开发,实现各个模块代码间的松耦合性,降低了平台后期维护升级的工作量。利用Bootstrap技术对用户交互界面进行设计,大幅度提高了门户网站的美观性。针对各个功能模块的特点合理的设计测试用例,比较系统实际输出是否符合预测输出,最终完成对平台测试。
[Abstract]:E-commerce business volume in the Internet era has been explosive growth, for the development of express delivery enterprises to provide a strong power. Facing the increasing business volume and increasingly rich user demand, express delivery enterprises urgently need to enhance the ability of data collection and analysis, to achieve high efficiency of business processing and scientific management, in order to survive in the fierce competition. At present, the development of domestic express delivery enterprises is not balanced, most of the small express enterprises still continue the inefficient business management mode. This leads to many problems such as unreasonable routing, low data utilization and poor information query ability, which seriously reduces the user experience and increases the operating cost of the company. With mature database and Internet technology, express delivery enterprises can not only improve the management level, service ability, but also reduce the operating costs. By building a functional enterprise portal, the personalized needs of users are also met. Therefore, it is of great significance for express delivery enterprises to actively develop express delivery management platform with both company management function and user query service. In this paper, we choose small express delivery enterprises as the research background, take advanced information technology as the basis of research and development, and design and develop express information query management platform. The specific work of the article can be divided into the following parts: 1) through in-depth analysis of the main problems existing in small express delivery enterprises, combined with the specific flow of express delivery business and the physical composition of express delivery network, This paper clarifies the basic function of express information query and management platform. In order to further refine the function module, the users of the platform are divided. Then, by establishing the participant use case model, the functional use cases needed by each class of participants are determined. Finally, the functional analysis document is formed, and the requirement analysis of the platform is completed. Based on the functional requirements and usage scenarios, the platform is determined to adopt the B / S architecture and LAMP development environment, and the code is organized in MVC mode. Then the platform function module is analyzed in detail by using flowchart and timing diagram to determine the technology to be used in the development of the platform and to complete the design of the code structure. Finally, we use the ER graph to model the database reasonably, define the required fields of each data table, define the relationship between different data tables, so as to complete the design of database table structure. 3) using ThinkPHP framework to complete the development of the platform. The loose coupling between each module code is realized, and the workload of platform maintenance and upgrade is reduced. The user interface is designed by using Bootstrap technology, which greatly improves the aesthetics of the portal. According to the characteristics of each functional module, a reasonable design test case is designed to compare whether the actual output of the system accords with the predicted output, and finally complete the platform test.
