基于BIM技术全寿命周期工程造价管理的探索

【摘要】：BIM已经从引入我国开始十多年了,在现阶段,我国BIM已经有了很大的应用发展,主要应用在对建筑工程的建模、施工以及管理等等方面,但在具体建筑工程造价管理中的应用依旧存在很多问题待解决。故而本文笔者针对建筑工程工程全寿命周期的造价管理工作中对BIM的应用发展做了探析,针对现状问题进提出针对性的控制措施,以期更好的保证我国建筑工程造价管理中BIM技术的有效应用发展。
[Abstract]:BIM has been introduced to China for more than 10 years. At the present stage, our country BIM has a great application development. It is mainly applied to the modeling, construction and management of construction engineering. However, there are still many problems to be solved in the application of the construction cost management. In the work of life cycle cost management, the application and development of BIM are discussed, and the specific control measures are put forward in order to ensure the effective application and development of BIM technology in the construction cost management of our country.
