喷墨打印快速制备光子晶体结构色

【摘要】:目的研究实现玻璃基底上快速制备光子晶体结构色的方法及条件。方法结合喷墨打印聚苯乙烯微球(PS)乳液与墨滴自组装技术。首先乳液法合成PS乳液,然后将其配制成墨水,优化基底润湿性、基底温度、打印次数等打印条件,使PS粒子呈规则排列,最后采用光纤光谱仪、色度计对打印的结构色进行表征。结果采用含质量分数为10%PS的墨水并添加乙二醇作为保湿剂,在基底温度为45℃时,实现一次打印得到结构色。光谱反射曲线主反射峰在400 nm处,对应的反射率为83%,LCH分别为38.55,25.16,272.8。结论通过一次打印PS乳液可快速得到结构色,克服了传统竖直沉积方法耗时耗材的缺点。结构色制备具有简单、显色独特、耐老化性优良等优点,可用于包装、防伪等领域。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the method and conditions for fast preparation of photonic crystal structure color on glass substrate. Methods combined with ink jet printing polystyrene microspheres (PSPS) emulsion and ink droplet self-assembly technology. PS emulsion was synthesized by emulsion method, and then prepared into ink. The printing conditions such as wettability, substrate temperature and printing times were optimized to arrange PS particles regularly. Finally, optical fiber spectrometer was used. The colorimeter characterizes the structural color of the print. Results the ink containing mass fraction of 10%PS and adding ethylene glycol as humidifier were used to obtain the structure color at the substrate temperature of 45 鈩,
