电力营销信息管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着人们生活质量的逐步提高,社会生活中电气设备的使用量也逐步攀升,人们对于用电量的需求、对经济、安全可靠和高质量的电力资源的需求也日益增加,所以对于电力体制的改革也越来越迫切。电力公司希望能够通过信息技术和计算机网络来组建一个系统而且便捷的营销、管理模式,建设信息化的营销平台,促进电力营销走上科学化、统一化、规范化的道路。本文通过使用JAVA语言、J2EE开发平台、Struts框架、Hibernate框架和Spring框架技术,应用SQLServer2008数据库来实现该信息系统的设计与开发。该系统主要围绕业务扩充管理、电力计量管理、电量电费管理以及申报查询及辅助四个方面,开发了电力营销信息系统。其中业务扩充管理实现了对用户业务扩充、计量装置档案以及电费抄核收的管理;电力计量管理实现了对计量装置的管理、监控及修校和系统标准的管理;电量电费管理实现了电量电费管理、电费核算管理和预付费管理;申报查询及辅助实现了业务扩充统计查询、电力电费统计查询、用户盗电预警和电量预测。通过建设电力营销信息系统,极大地节省了电力资源管理所要耗费的人力、物力和财力,方便用户查询电量电费和缴纳电费,加强了电力计量装置的综合性管理。
[Abstract]:With the gradual improvement of people's quality of life, the use of electrical equipment in social life has gradually increased, and the demand for electricity consumption, economic, safe, reliable and high-quality power resources is also increasing day by day. So the reform of electric power system is more and more urgent. The electric power company hopes to set up a system and convenient marketing, management mode and information marketing platform through information technology and computer network, so as to promote the electric power marketing to be scientific, unified and standardized. In this paper, the design and development of the information system is realized by using JAVA language and J2EE development platform, including hibernate framework and Spring framework technology, and using SQLServer2008 database to realize the design and development of the information system. This system mainly focuses on four aspects: business expansion management, electric power metering management, electricity and electricity charge management, and declaration, inquiry and assistance, and develops the electric power marketing information system. The service expansion management realizes the management of user service expansion, metering device file and electricity check and collection, the electric power metering management realizes the management of metering device, monitoring and repairing, and the management of system standard. The electricity charge management realizes the electricity charge management, the electricity charge accounting management and the prepayment management; the application inquiry and the auxiliary realizes the service expansion statistics inquiry, the electricity charge statistics inquiry, the user electricity theft early warning and the electricity quantity forecast. Through the construction of electric power marketing information system, the manpower, material and financial resources of power resource management are saved greatly, and the comprehensive management of electric power metering device is strengthened.
