可实现完全定制化的业务流程管理引擎的设计与实现

【摘要】：业务流程管理(Business Process Management,简称BPM)是指对企业内部及外部的业务流程的整个生命周期进行规划设计、自动化、管理监控和优化,使企业的整体效率和利润得以提升的一门学科。国际上的业务流程管理平台已经非常强大,完善且灵活。国内IT企业的BPM平台与国际水平差别很大,基本倾向于轻量级的SOA模式,能够比较灵活地与已有系统对接,重点在于流转、协作,监控,可视化工具。但如果企业现有系统的基础不好,数据逻辑混乱,企业想放弃原有系统,重新建立业务流程管理系统。这些采用SOA模式的BPM平台上无法建立深入细致的数据逻辑,就是说现有国内BPM平台不能很好满足从头开始构建数据逻辑严密的业务流程系统的需求。本论文就是在对BPM技术作深入细致的研究后,将原来开发的DIFC(Do It For Customer)管理平台搭建工具中系统中强大的数据逻辑部分保留,对规则进一步抽象和完善,引进BPM的技术框架来实现一套可完全定制化的业务流程管理引擎。这个引擎在既可以实现丰富灵活的流程管控,能兼顾严密灵活的数据逻辑。由于采取云计算服务模式,本引擎具有初期投入低、使用水平门槛低、维护成本低的优势。系统建模人员利用引擎中灵活多样的工具来建模。不需要开发人员介入,就可以建立起一套满足企业实际业务流程需求的系统,既有顺畅的流程流转控制,又有强大的数据逻辑,还能满足严格细致的权限需求。从了解企业运作流程开始到系统交付周期非常短,验收过程的调整比较简便。随着企业流程不断地优化,引擎也很容易升级以适应企业最新运作流程。由于只需要改变设置就能够完成,时间成本和金钱成本也大大降低。目前这套引擎已经应用在家装,电子加工,水机租赁,担保,玻璃加工,种鸡饲养,物流,培训等行业。
[Abstract]:Business process Management (BPMM) is a discipline that can plan, design, automate, monitor and optimize the whole life cycle of internal and external business processes, so as to improve the overall efficiency and profits of enterprises. International business process management platform has been very strong, perfect and flexible. The BPM platform of the domestic IT enterprises is very different from the international level, and the basic tendency is the lightweight SOA mode, which can connect with the existing system flexibly, focusing on the transfer, cooperation, monitoring and visualization tools. But if the foundation of the existing system is not good and the data logic is confused, the enterprise wants to abandon the original system and re-establish the business process management system. The detailed data logic can not be established on the BPM platform which adopts SOA mode, that is to say, the existing domestic BPM platform can not meet the requirements of constructing the business process system with strict data logic from scratch. This paper is in the BPM technology in-depth and meticulous research, the original development of the DIFC(Do It For Customer) management platform building tools in the system data logic parts of the powerful, further abstract and improve the rules, A fully customizable business process management engine is implemented by introducing the technical framework of BPM. This engine can not only realize rich and flexible process control, but also take into account tight and flexible data logic. Because of adopting cloud computing service mode, this engine has the advantage of low initial investment, low level threshold and low maintenance cost. System modelers use a variety of flexible tools in the engine to model. Without the intervention of developers, we can set up a system to meet the actual business process requirements of enterprises, which not only has smooth flow control, but also has strong data logic, but also can meet the strict and meticulous authority requirements. From the beginning of understanding the business operation process to the system delivery cycle is very short, the acceptance process is relatively easy to adjust. As business processes continue to be optimized, engines are easily upgraded to suit the latest business processes. Time and money costs are also greatly reduced since only changes in settings are required. At present, the engine has been used in home decoration, electronic processing, water rental, guarantee, glass processing, chicken breeding, logistics, training and other industries.
