高职院校财务信息管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着网络技术的日益普及,信息技术在各行各业的渗透身不由己,积累了大量的成功实施经验。而高职院校的办学形式越来越多样化,规模不断地膨胀,财务数据的处理量呈指数级增加,现有的财务管理模式已无法满足新的需求。在外部技术成熟和内部需求扩展的条件下,高职院校迫切需求一套适用的财务管理模式,实现数字信息的财务管理,提高从业人员的工作效率,提高管理水平与教学质量,并通过数字信息的财务管理实现高校信息公开,使高职院校的信息公开范围更广阔,程度更深入。本文以广东省某高职院校实际管理现状需求为研究背景,主要依托校园网络,以财务信息管理为核心开展工作,并结合学校的实际状况,满足其他各个层次的管理需求,目的是实现高职院校的财务管理与日常业务融为一体的综合管理模式,开发出适用于高职院校的财务信息管理系统。本文的主要完成以下工作内容:1、描述高职院校的财务背景和研究了国外与国内的相关研究现状,在此基础上得出文章的研究意义和主要研究内容。2、说明了高职院校财务相关系统的现有情况并介绍了相关的信息化技术的一些基础知识。3、针对高职财务信息系统进行需求的具体剖析和系统各个功能模块的设计。4、结合高职院校财务的信息化需求和相关技术,开发了高职财务信息管理系统。通过把高职财务信息化需求和现代化的网络信息技术相结合,开发出适用高职院校的财务信息管理系统,不仅加快了财务人员的工作效率,而且充分利用资源,方便高职院校的财务信息的广泛传播,达到《高等学校信息公开办法》中的要求,向校外公布财务的相关信息。对于广东省某高职院校来说,本系统的实现是整个校园通往信息化的关键一步,通过高职院校各个模块功能信息化的实现,最后形成一个逻辑严密、流程合理的系统,为搭建校园管理一体化平台提供条件,是高职院校科学、规范管理的关键。
[Abstract]:With the increasing popularity of network technology, information technology in various industries can not help but accumulate a large number of successful implementation experience. However, higher vocational colleges are becoming more and more diversified and expanding in scale, the amount of financial data processing is increasing exponentially, and the existing financial management mode can not meet the new needs. With the maturity of external technology and the expansion of internal demand, higher vocational colleges urgently need a set of suitable financial management mode to realize the financial management of digital information, to improve the working efficiency of employees, and to improve the management level and teaching quality. And through the financial management of digital information to realize the information disclosure in higher vocational colleges and universities, the scope and degree of information disclosure in higher vocational colleges are wider and deeper. Based on the research background of the actual management needs of a vocational college in Guangdong Province, this paper mainly relies on the campus network, takes financial information management as the core to carry out the work, and combines the actual situation of the school to meet the management needs of other levels. The purpose is to realize the integrated management mode of financial management and daily business in higher vocational colleges and to develop a financial information management system suitable for higher vocational colleges. This paper mainly completes the following work: 1: 1, describes the financial background of higher vocational colleges and studies the current situation of relevant research abroad and at home. On this basis, the research significance and main research content of the article are obtained. 2. The current situation of financial related systems in higher vocational colleges is explained and some basic knowledge of relevant information technology. 3, aiming at the financial information system of higher vocational colleges, this paper gives a brief introduction to the financial information system in higher vocational colleges. Detailed analysis of the requirements and the design of each functional module of the system. 4, combined with the financial information needs and related technologies of higher vocational colleges, The financial information management system of higher vocational education is developed. By combining the needs of higher vocational finance information with the modern network information technology, a financial information management system suitable for higher vocational colleges has been developed, which not only accelerates the work efficiency of financial personnel, but also makes full use of resources. It is convenient for the financial information of higher vocational colleges to be widely disseminated, to meet the requirements of the measures for the opening of Information in Colleges and Universities, and to publish the relevant financial information outside the university. For a higher vocational college in Guangdong province, the realization of this system is the key step of the whole campus leading to informatization. Through the realization of functional informatization of each module in higher vocational colleges, a logical and reasonable system is formed. It is the key of scientific and standardized management for higher vocational colleges to provide the conditions for setting up the integrated platform of campus management.
