海南省农业信息系统的分析与实现

【摘要】:海南省有着丰富的农业自然资源,也是国际旅游岛,生态立省是开展一切工作的前提和关键,农业信息化建设与生态立省的理念不谋而合,农业信息化建设是实现海南科学发展、绿色崛起的重要举措。在实现传统农业朝着现代农业方向演变,离不开计算机技术和信息技术的支持。在互联网经济时代,社会已经形成了以互联网和信息技术为支撑的经济系统,要与时俱进,就要积极参与到互联网时代的供应链生产中。现代农业的一大特色就是农业信息服务水平高,这要在信息科技的支持下才能实现。建立起综合的农业信息服务平台,有利于让农业与与其他经济体搭建桥梁,改变已有的资源配置结构,提高农业的商品化程度。另外,还能够提高农业生产管理水平和经营管理水平,促进其生产的科学化、效率化、市场化。互联网技术应用在农业信息化中为海南省农业的发展提供了一个全新的平台,对农业经济发展、农业现代化以及农民增收,都具有重要意义。本文以“海南省农业信息系统的分析与实现”为主要研究对象,在现代农业理论、农业科技创新、可持续发展、农业产业经济学等理论框架之下,以农业发展和信息技术的结合为探讨的切入点,首先分析了我国农业目前的信息发展水平以及发展问题所在,然后,结合我国的农业发展实际和信息系统的发展理论,提出促进现代农业信息技术水平发展的改善方案。同时,结合国外成功先进的农业产业和农业信息化发展的经验,构建了具有可操作性的战略发展模式。另外,本文还做了实践调研和分析,在前文发展理论的基础上,结合海南省农业发展现状,以互联网的农业信息化发展模式为基点,提出相应的发展战略和措施,希望本文的研究不仅对相关领域的理论研究能够起到一定的扩展作用,而且也能够对海南省现代农业信息化建设提供可操作的指导方案。本文的研究兼具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。本文首先介绍了农业信息系统建设的背景,对国内外农业信息化的发展现状进行分析比较,重点研究了目前海南省农业信息化的建设情况。除了基础事实信息的收集,本文的核心内容在于构建具有可操作性的海南省农业信息服务平台,按照常规信息平台的设计理论,完成了该系统的需求分析,并确定了可实现的关键系统技术,然后按照需求规划,设计出功能板块,最后完成该系统的设计。在设计过程中涉及到关键技术包括.NET、Web service、视频通讯技术等,并对海南上当地的农业发展需求进行了分析,确定了系统的几大主要功能模块。系统模块包括农业信息咨询、技术课堂、农业应用、管理等。同时,本文在交流方式上进行了创新,除了文字和图片之外,还考虑到提高人机交互的效率和趣味,引入了视频教学和视频通讯技术等具有特色及实用性的技术,丰富了该系统的构建。在对该农业信息服务系统的设计中,重点分析了系统的需求,以及系统架构和数据库搭建,并制定了针对性的各个功能模块。本文采取了SQL Server 2000数据库与Visual Studio2008的开发环境,并建立了相应的驱动程序和对接口,在此运行环境下,既保障了系统拥有良好的扩展性能,同时,又保障了系统的后期维护,具有很好的实用性。
[Abstract]:Hainan province has rich natural resources of agriculture and international tourism island, and ecological province is the prerequisite and key to carry out all work. The construction of agricultural informatization is the same as the concept of ecological province. The construction of agricultural information is an important measure to realize the scientific development of Hainan and the rise of green. In the era of Internet economy, the society has formed an economic system supported by the Internet and information technology in the era of Internet economy. In order to keep pace with the times, we should actively participate in the production of the supply chain in the Internet age. Under the support of information science and technology, a comprehensive agricultural information service platform will be set up to build a bridge between agriculture and other economies, to change the existing structure of resources and to improve the degree of commercialization of agriculture. In addition, it can also improve the level of agricultural production management and management, and promote the scientific and efficient production of its production. The application of Internet technology in agricultural informatization provides a new platform for the development of agriculture in Hainan province. It is of great significance to the development of agricultural economy, the modernization of agriculture and the increase of farmers' income. This paper focuses on "the analysis and reality of the agricultural information system in Hainan province" as the main research object, and in modern agriculture theory and agriculture. Under the theoretical framework of Industrial Science and technology innovation, sustainable development, and agricultural industry economics, this paper first analyzes the current level of information development and the problem of development in China's agriculture by combining the agricultural development and the combination of information technology. Then, it puts forward the promotion of the development theory of agricultural development and information system in China. The improvement scheme of modern agricultural information technology level development, at the same time, combined with the experience of foreign successful advanced agricultural industry and agricultural information development, a strategic development model has been constructed. In addition, this paper has done a practical investigation and analysis, on the basis of the previous development theory, combined with the current situation of agricultural development in Hainan Province, with each other. The development mode of the agricultural informatization is the base point, and the corresponding development strategy and measures are put forward. It is hoped that the research of this paper can not only expand the theoretical research of the related fields, but also provide an operable guidance scheme for the construction of modern agricultural information in Hainan province. This article first introduces the background of the construction of agricultural information system, analyzes and compares the current situation of the development of agricultural information at home and abroad, and focuses on the construction of agricultural information in Hainan province. In addition to the collection of basic facts, the core content of this article is to construct the operable agriculture of Hainan province. The industry information service platform, according to the design theory of the conventional information platform, completed the requirement analysis of the system, and determined the key system technology that can be realized. Then, the function plate was designed according to the requirement planning. Finally, the design of the system was completed. In the process of design, the key technologies included.NET, Web service, video communication technology. On the basis of the analysis of the local agricultural development demand in Hainan, the main functional modules of the system are determined. The system modules include agricultural information consultation, technology class, agricultural application and management. At the same time, this paper has made innovations in the way of communication, in addition to words and pictures, it also takes into account the efficiency and interest of human-computer interaction. In the design of the agricultural information service system, the requirements of the system, the system architecture and the database construction are emphatically analyzed, and the specific functional modules are formulated. The SQL Server 2000 is adopted in this paper. The database and Visual Studio2008 development environment, and the establishment of the corresponding driver and the interface, in this operation environment, not only to ensure the system has good expansion performance, but also to ensure the system later maintenance, with good practicality.
