基于GIS的宝鸡市文物保护单位管理信息系统开发应用

【摘要】:宝鸡市文物保护单位数量繁多,普遍年代久远,这些文保单位已不止作为精神财富存在,它们在经济、社会、科技等多领域之中也扮演着重要角色。但由于宝鸡市文物保护单位大多分布于田野地区,加上大多数乡镇文保人员对于保护工作认识不足、保护机构执行方式不优或效率不高等原因,导致保护管理现状存在诸多困难与问题。20世纪中期之后,信息技术快速发展,在各个管理领域都显示了自身优势,其中,地理信息系统也已经广泛应用于文物考古及保护方面的工作,其应用为优化文物保护单位的管理方式提供了新颖的思路。本文在对现状管理机制和工作方法进行分析和调研之后,提出优化工作方法的策略,并结合地理信息技术进行管理信息系统的开发研究:首先结合相关分析和调研进行管理单位及人员对管理信息系统的需求:信息整理、信息管理、辅助办公、信息公示等,提出系统需要实现的功能:用户登录、文物地图浏览、文物信息查询与浏览、辅助日常巡查工作、保护工程监察及建设评估等。同时,由于本文研究中大量使用了跨学科的技术与方法,所有技术的实践都需要理论的指导,本文从三个角度对使用的相关软件技术以及借鉴的理论经验进行描述:开发软件的选择、GIS理论基础、对数据库进行理解及设计相关的技术方法。理论工作完成之后,本文从制定设计原则、搭建开发平台、设计数据成果、构建系统框架及功能模块等方面对系统的具体开发工作展开说明。最后以宝鸡市岐山县管理机构的具体使用方法为例对系统成果形式及如何操作进行演示说明。本文中对宝鸡市文物保护单位管理信息系统的开发研究工作同时具备理论与实际意义:完成的文保单位信息资料汇总及数字化工作可以为以后的文物保护领域的研究提供数据支持;可以推动利用科学技术手段探寻文保单位更优的保护管理工作的方式;在宝鸡市乃至国内的文保单位的保护工作中提供积极的借鉴作用;并在提高保护人员及公众保护认识和文化自信中可以起到积极作用。
[Abstract]:The number of cultural relic protection units in Baoji City is many and old. These civil protection units not only exist as spiritual wealth, but also play an important role in many fields, such as economy, society, science and technology and so on. However, because most of the cultural relic protection units in Baoji City are located in the field areas, plus most township civil insurance personnel do not know enough about the protection work, the way of execution of the protection institutions is not good or the efficiency is not high, and so on. After the middle of the 20th century, information technology has developed rapidly, and it has shown its own advantages in every field of management, among which, Geographic Information system (GIS) has also been widely used in archaeology and protection of cultural relics, which provides a new way of thinking for optimizing the management of cultural relics conservation units. After analyzing and investigating the current management mechanism and working methods, this paper puts forward the strategy of optimizing the working methods. And combined with geographic information technology to develop the management information system: first of all, combined with relevant analysis and research, management units and personnel of the management information system requirements: information collation, information management, auxiliary office, information publicity, etc. The functions of the system are as follows: user login, heritage map browsing, cultural relic information query and browsing, auxiliary daily inspection, protection project monitoring and construction evaluation, etc. At the same time, due to the extensive use of interdisciplinary techniques and methods in this study, the practice of all technologies requires theoretical guidance. This paper describes the relevant software technology and theoretical experience from three angles: the choice of GIS theory, the understanding of database and the design of related technology. After the completion of the theoretical work, this paper explains the specific development work of the system from the aspects of formulating the design principles, building the development platform, designing the data results, constructing the system framework and function modules, and so on. Finally, taking the concrete usage method of the management organization in Qishan County of Baoji City as an example, the paper demonstrates the form of the system and how to operate it. In this paper, the development and research of the management information system of the cultural relic protection unit in Baoji city has both theoretical and practical significance: the collection and digitization of the information data of the civil insurance unit can be used in the field of cultural relic protection in the future. Research to provide data support; It can promote the use of scientific and technological means to explore better protection and management of civil insurance units, and provide positive reference in the protection work of civil insurance units in Baoji city and even in China. And it can play a positive role in improving the protection awareness and cultural confidence of the protection personnel and the public.
