基于Matlab的停车场车辆出入管理系统智能化设计

【摘要】:近年来,随着经济社会的持续快速发展和国民生活水平的稳步提升,汽车已逐渐进入普通百姓的生活,我国的汽车拥有量不断增加,许多城市出现了停车难和交通道路堵塞的现象。为了应对停车紧张的局面,很多地方停车场建设规模增大,许多大中型的停车场不断涌现。而传统停车场主要通过人工管理,随着停车场面积增大,车位数量增多,不仅需要增加停车场管理人员,而且客户停车、取车时很难快速找到停车位置,无法保证停车场的效率,管理难度与日俱增,同时,有些空缺车位不容易找到,导致车位没有有效利用,造成了资源浪费。所以,如何提高停车场的车位利用率及停车效率已经成为新型停车场建设所必须解决的问题。本方案主要采用对停车场管理系统进行智能化方案设计并利用先进的图像采集系统对停车场来往车辆进行车牌识别,再利用信息记录系统对车辆的车牌信息、停车时刻、停车时长和停车位置进行管理登记,采用超声波车位检测系统对停车场的车位进行检测,增设定位终端系统对车位的车牌信息进行提取。根据信息记录系统的信息、超声波定位系统的检测信息和定位终端的提取信息确定停车场的车位空缺情况及车位所停车辆的车牌等信息。在停车场出入口处设置LED电子显示屏显示停车情况,对来往的车辆进行停车车位引导及取车的反向引导。本研究所采用的停车场管理系统不仅有效缩短了停、取车客户的时间,也能够大幅提高停车场的利用率,节省大量的人力、物力以及财力。本研究中涉及以下关键技术,着重谈论了目前传统停车场的运行模式及它的实现形式;其次,通过对停车场的进出口进行考察,搭建一套图像采集平台;第三,通过了解和学习Matlab软件,利用Matlab的图像处理模块对车牌的图像进行处理及识别,将Matlab软件图像处理技术应用于停车场的管理系统中的车牌提取技术上,并对图像处理的步骤进行详细描述。最后,利用Matlab软件开发一套停车场智能化管理系统控制来往车辆和实现停取车引导,设计出一套基于Matlab控制的停车场实时控制管理系统。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the sustained and rapid development of economy and society and the steady improvement of the standard of living of the people, cars have gradually entered the lives of ordinary people, and the number of cars in our country has been increasing. Parking difficulties and traffic jams occur in many cities. In order to deal with parking tension, many local parking lot construction scale increased, many large and medium-sized parking lots continue to emerge. But the traditional parking lot is mainly managed manually. With the increase of parking area and the number of parking spaces, it is not only necessary to increase the number of parking personnel, but also for customers to park, it is very difficult to find parking space quickly when picking up cars. At the same time, some vacant parking spaces are not easy to find, resulting in the lack of effective use of parking spaces, resulting in a waste of resources. Therefore, how to improve the parking space utilization and parking efficiency has become a new car park construction must be solved. This scheme mainly adopts the intelligent scheme to design the parking lot management system and uses the advanced image acquisition system to recognize the license plate of the car in and out of the parking lot, and then uses the information record system to record the license plate information of the vehicle, and the parking time. The parking hours and parking positions are managed and registered. The ultrasonic parking space detection system is used to detect the parking spaces and the location terminal system is added to extract the license plate information of the parking spaces. According to the information of the information recording system, the detection information of the ultrasonic positioning system and the extraction information of the positioning terminal, the information of the parking space vacancy and the license plate of the parking space are determined. The LED electronic display screen is set up at the entrance and exit of the parking lot to show the parking situation, and the parking space guidance and the reverse guidance of picking up the vehicles are carried out. The parking lot management system used in this study not only effectively shortens the time of parking and picking up customers, but also can greatly improve the utilization rate of parking lot and save a lot of manpower, material and financial resources. This research involves the following key technologies, focusing on the current traditional parking operation mode and its implementation; secondly, through the parking lot import and export inspection, build a set of image acquisition platform; third, Through the understanding and learning of Matlab software, the image processing module of Matlab is used to process and recognize the license plate image, and the Matlab software image processing technology is applied to the license plate extraction technology in the parking lot management system. The steps of image processing are described in detail. Finally, a set of intelligent parking lot management system is developed by using Matlab software to control traffic and achieve parking guidance, and a real-time parking control management system based on Matlab control is designed.
