天津市公路处财务管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：现如今,随着时代的飞速发展,网络的应用率和普及度也越来越高,会计电算化越来越成为财会人员的首选方式。传统的手工记账的管理模式将逐渐被取代,通过取得的会计信息进去分析处理,从而实现为企业管理层决策成了新型管理模式的发展方向。本文在对目前我国会计电算化应用的现状,对现天津市公路处账务处理业务进行了详细的分析,并针对于当前财务管理系统的缺失,设计了一个可行的应用于天津市公路处的财务系统的总体设计方案。同时,本系统从性能指标、故障处理要求、易用性要求、安全性要求等四方面阐述了此系统的设计可行性,并确定了总体设计方案。本系统采用C/S框架结构,运用Delphi对会计信息进行加工整理,实现了登录模块、凭证管理、工资管理、固定资产、账簿管理、报表管理、期末处理、往来管理、出纳管理、财务分析等功能,并对其进行了实现与测试。论文以天津市公路处为例,详细介绍了部分功能的需求和设计,实现了天津市公路处财务信息管理系统平台。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of the times, the application rate and popularity of the network are becoming higher and higher. Accounting computerization is becoming the preferred method for accountants. The traditional management mode of manual bookkeeping will be replaced gradually. Through the analysis and processing of the accounting information obtained, it becomes the development direction of the new management mode for the enterprise management decision-making. In this paper, the current situation of accounting computerization in our country is analyzed in detail, and the current financial management system of Tianjin Highway Department is analyzed in detail. A feasible overall design scheme of financial system applied to Tianjin Highway Department is designed. At the same time, the design feasibility of the system is expounded from four aspects, such as performance index, fault handling requirement, ease of use requirement and safety requirement, and the overall design scheme is determined. This system adopts the C / S frame structure, processes the accounting information with Delphi, realizes the login module, the voucher management, the salary management, the fixed assets, the account book management, the report management, the final treatment, the transaction management, the cashier management. Financial analysis and other functions are implemented and tested. Taking Tianjin Highway Department as an example, this paper introduces the demand and design of some functions in detail, and realizes the platform of Financial Information Management system of Tianjin Highway Office.
