基于J2EE的发动机试车检验系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:航空发动机是飞机的心脏,是飞机性能的决定因素之一。作为国内主要发动机科研及生产基地,肩负着国家重点型号发动机的生产重任。而发动机台架试车是发动机出厂装机的最后一道工序,是保证发动机能够高效安全工作在飞机上的重要环节。而军方的军检验收试车是验收/交付试车中非常重要的部分,验收代表要对发动机的技术状态、排除故障情况、发动机性能参数等进行军检验收试车。军检验收试车过程是复核性的试车,其特点是,可在集中的时段内,对提交前的发动机的试车结果进行较全面地检查。这种军检方式,长期以来一直被国内发动机行业的军方验收沿用,对发动机出厂前质量控制起重要作用。但是,随着国内军用发动机及试验设备技术水平的现代化,使用100%复核验收试车方式的军检验收方法已显示出其不足。为了使试车台能够更加准确的给出试车结论、有效的完成发动机试车任务,本文设计了一个具有数据采集和网络通讯功能并能实时模拟显示发动机试车过程的软件系统。该系统基于Spring、Struts、Ibatis轻量级J2EE体系架构,在前端展现上采用AJAX和FLASH技术。本文运用软件工程设计理念和方法,给出了系统的需求分析、设计和实现,完成了试车过程管理,标准频谱-频谱转换和人机对话等模块功能,并对关键功能模块进行了测试。本系统通过对发动机检验试车的实时监控,对发动机试车数据进行采集和整合并通过局域网传输到系统后台,最后给出发动机试车的最终结果,能够有效的提高航空发动机试车的准确性,同时能够降低人工参与度,从而能够实现验收试车从简单的复核方式向全过程质量控制转变。目前,该系统已经投入使用,实际运行效果可以高效,稳定的对发动机试车进行全程监控。大大的降低了试车成本,提高了试车效率、改善了试车流程、优化了试车工艺。
[Abstract]:Aeroengine is the heart of aircraft and one of the determinants of aircraft performance. As the main engine research and production base in China, it shoulders the important task of national key engine production. The engine bench test is the last process of engine installation, and it is an important link to ensure the engine can work efficiently and safely on the aircraft. The military inspection and acceptance test is a very important part of the acceptance / delivery test. The acceptance representative should carry out the military inspection and acceptance test on the technical status of the engine, troubleshooting, engine performance parameters, and so on. The process of military inspection and acceptance test is a rechecking test, and its characteristic is that the test results of engine before submission can be checked more comprehensively in the centralized period of time. This kind of military inspection method has been used by the domestic engine industry for a long time, which plays an important role in the quality control before the engine leaves the factory. However, with the modernization of the technical level of domestic military engines and test equipment, the military inspection and acceptance method using 100% recheck and acceptance test method has shown its shortcomings. In order to make the test platform more accurate to give the test results, effectively complete the engine test task, this paper designed a software system with the functions of data acquisition and network communication and real-time simulation to display the engine test process. The system is based on Spring Struts / Ibatis lightweight J2EE architecture and uses AJAX and FLASH technology in front end rendering. In this paper, the requirements analysis, design and implementation of the system are given by using the software engineering design concept and method. The functions of the modules such as the process management of the test run, the standard spectrum conversion and the man-machine dialogue are completed, and the key function modules are tested. The system collects and integrates the engine test data through the real-time monitoring of engine testing and testing, and transmits it to the background of the system through LAN. Finally, the final results of engine test are given. It can effectively improve the accuracy of the aero-engine test and reduce the degree of manual participation, so that the acceptance test can change from a simple way of checking to the whole process of quality control. At present, the system has been put into use, the actual operation effect can be efficient and stable to monitor the whole process of engine test. It greatly reduces the test cost, improves the efficiency, improves the test flow and optimizes the test process.
