分布式仓库智能保障系统研究与实现

【摘要】:仓储与物流环节作为电子商务的核心环节,传统的仓库管理与物流环节的保障主要靠人工核对,占用了大量的人力和物力,效率非常低下。如何在互联网环境下进行分布式的大面积的仓储管理以及智能保障,是当下企业特别是物流企业面临的重大挑战。分布式仓库对于物流企业和仓储管理提高现代化及信息化水平具有重要的意义。本文主要研究基于无线射频识别技术及分布式多层架构体系的仓库智能保障系统的设计与实现。本文研究分布式仓库智能保障管理系统的主要思路按照软件工程的基本流程与方法,首先对阐述相关问题场景,对系统进行可行性分析,然后引入软件的需求论证,包括设计目标、设计原则以及功能模块需求,对功能需求以及非功能需求等都进行了详细的调研。然后进行总体模块设计,结合系统需求设计了系统的功能模块和业务流程。在系统的详细设计中,通过解析数据库的数据模型、概念模型和逻辑模型等物理模型来逐层次建立相关关系图表进行设计与实现,并且阐述了系统的关键技术。在系统的实现与测试环节中,在校园实验室环境中进行了原型系统实现,并按照科学的软件测试方法进行了系统测试,测试结果证明了系统的科学性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Warehousing and logistics as the core link of e-commerce, the traditional warehouse management and logistics link security mainly rely on manual checking, occupying a lot of manpower and material resources, the efficiency is very low. How to carry out distributed warehouse management and intelligent security in the Internet environment is a major challenge facing enterprises, especially logistics enterprises. Distributed warehouse is of great significance for logistics enterprises and warehouse management to improve modernization and information level. This paper mainly studies the design and implementation of warehouse intelligent support system based on radio frequency identification technology and distributed multi-tier architecture. In this paper, the main idea of distributed warehouse intelligent support management system is studied. According to the basic flow and method of software engineering, the feasibility of the system is analyzed by explaining the relevant problem scene, and then the software requirement demonstration is introduced. Including design objectives, design principles and functional module requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements are investigated in detail. Then the overall module design, combined with the system requirements to design the system function modules and business processes. In the detailed design of the system, the data model, conceptual model and logic model of the database are analyzed to build the relational diagram layer by layer, and the key technology of the system is expounded. In the realization and testing of the system, the prototype system is implemented in the campus laboratory environment, and the system is tested according to the scientific software test method. The test results show that the system is scientific and effective.
