浙江联通公文处理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：各级部门在进行公共事务管理时都要依靠公文进行部门之间的沟通或者不同部门之间的信息传递。在上级部门向下级单位传达行政命令时,几乎所有的命令都是依靠公文的形式进行,甚至在传递国家政策和各类上级文件进行指导各项工作也要依赖与各种公文。本文先是研究了浙江联通公司的公文处理业务背景,国内外公文处理系统的发展概况,尤其有通信行业特点的公文系统进行了详细描述,然后给出相关的技术综述,包括技术框架结构和软件设计的统一建模技术;接着给出了公文处理系统的需求分析,该需求分析是建立在对联通公司整个办公环境的详细调研基础上得出的结论,业务需求分析主要以业务流程图的形式给出发文处理流程、收文处理流程和办毕公文的处置;在功能需求分析中首先给出了角色分析,表示了系统的主要操作者信息,然后以用例图的形式给出了拟写与制作公文用例图、办理公文用例图、发文与收文管理用例图、公文归档用例图和通用数据管理用例图,并给出了详细的用例说明和描述,着重阐述了各个用例的主要功能和操作数据流;接着联系浙江联通公司的业务背景和领域情况,结合实际描述个性化的公文处理需求如:公文归档需求等,并讨论在处理公文中可能遇到的相关安全措施;在系统设计中主要给出了功能模块设计,给出了主要模块的顺序图设计,并详细说明各个操作间的顺序,然后描述了数据库设计;最后论文进行了系统实现和测试描述,在测试中给出了测试的任务目标和主要测试方案。
[Abstract]:Departments at all levels must rely on official documents to communicate with each other or transmit information between different departments when carrying out public affairs management. When the superior department communicates the administrative order to the subordinate unit, almost all the orders are carried out by the form of official document, even when transmitting the state policy and all kinds of superior documents to guide all kinds of work, it also depends on all kinds of official documents. This paper first studies the business background of the official document processing of Zhejiang Unicom, the development of the official document processing system at home and abroad, especially the official document system with the characteristics of the communication industry, and then gives the related technical summary. It includes the unified modeling technology of technical framework structure and software design, and then gives the requirement analysis of the document processing system, which is based on the detailed investigation of the whole office environment of Unicom. The business requirement analysis mainly gives the processing flow of sending documents, the processing flow of receiving documents and the disposal of official documents in the form of business flow chart. In the analysis of functional requirements, the role analysis is given first, and the main operator information of the system is represented. Then, in the form of use case diagram, the use case diagram of preparing and making official documents, the use case diagram of handling official documents, the use case diagram of issuing and receiving documents, the use case diagram of archiving official documents and the use case diagram of general data management are given, and the detailed description and description of use cases are given. The main function and operation data flow of each use case are described emphatically, and then the business background and domain situation of Zhejiang Unicom Company are contacted, and the personalized document processing requirements such as document archiving requirement are described according to the actual situation. In the system design, the design of the function module, the sequence diagram design of the main module, and the order of each operation are described in detail. Then the database design is described. Finally, the system implementation and test description are carried out, and the task goal and main test scheme are given in the test.
