一个警务综合应用管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着互联网持续发展和科技的不断创新,信息技术在公安机关的建设中得到了越来越广泛的应用,建成的各类警务信息应用系统也越来越丰富,这些应用系统汇聚了不同种类庞大数量的业务数据,并在公安工作领域发挥着举足轻重的作用。然而,随着应用系统的日益增多,这些不同时期建设的应用系统在信息共享时越发困难,甚至因为信息的不一致引发了诸多问题。因此,开发一套可以起到桥梁作用的应用系统,对警务信息化的进一步建设具有重要的现实意义。针对警务应用系统建设现状,研究出了将各业务系统集成到一个警务系统中来的方案。首先,通过应用集成管理将各业务系统的系统名称、访问地址、系统标识等关键信息存储到管理系统中,交由桌面应用管理对各个业务系统信息进行统一的展示。其次,通过统一用户管理对用户登录信息进行统一管理,用户通过登录管理系统实现对各业务系统的直接访问。最后,通过通知通告为用户提供各类业务系统待办事项和通知消息的统一提醒与查看。从实际业务需求角度,划分出系统所需的基本功能模块,根据面向对象的开发思想,以用户为中心对各功能模块进行详细需求分析。在分析的结果基础上,采用三层架构思想完成对各模块的结构设计、流程设计以及数据库设计,实现各模块间的高内聚、低耦合。系统以Web应用服务器为支撑为用户提供服务,采用Spring MVC框架与MyBatis框架相结合的轻量型开发框架进行实现,清晰完整地给出系统由理论构建到完整实现的详细流程,为多个离散业务系统的整合提供了重要参考价值。系统完成后投入到贵州警务公安厅中进行试运行,结果表明其仿计算机桌面的用户界面、丰富的系统内容以及熟悉的操作方式带来了良好的用户体验,并且其良好的可扩展性更是对后续警务信息系统的建设节约了开发成本和时间,极大地推动了警务信息化的建设发展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the Internet and the continuous innovation of science and technology, information technology has been more and more widely used in the construction of public security organs, and all kinds of police information application systems have been more and more abundant. These applications bring together a large number of different kinds of business data and play an important role in the field of public security work. However, with the increasing number of application systems, it is more and more difficult to share information in these different periods, even because of the inconsistency of information. Therefore, the development of an application system that can act as a bridge has important practical significance for the further construction of police informatization. According to the present situation of police service application system, the scheme of integrating each business system into a police service system is studied. First, the system name, access address, system identification and other key information of each business system are stored in the management system by application integrated management, and the information of each business system is displayed uniformly by desktop application management. Secondly, the user login information is managed by unified user management, and the user can access the business system directly through the login management system. Finally, through the notification notice to provide users with all kinds of business system to do business and notification messages unified reminder and view. From the point of view of actual business requirements, the basic functional modules of the system are divided, and each functional module is analyzed in detail according to the object-oriented development idea and the user as the center. On the basis of the analysis results, the structure design, process design and database design of each module are completed by using the idea of three-layer architecture, which realizes the high cohesion and low coupling among the modules. The system is supported by Web application server to provide service to users. It uses a lightweight development framework based on Spring MVC framework and MyBatis framework to implement the system. The detailed flow chart from theoretical construction to complete implementation is given clearly and completely. It provides an important reference value for the integration of multiple discrete service systems. After completion, the system was put into trial operation in Guizhou Police Public Security Bureau. The results show that the user interface, rich system content and familiar operation mode of the computer desktop have brought a good user experience. Moreover, its good expansibility saves the development cost and time for the subsequent police information system construction, and greatly promotes the construction and development of the police information system.
