基于.NET的高校教务管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:目前计算机技术的迅猛发展已经影响到人们生活的各个领域。传统的教务管理方法只适用于传统的教学模式,现代的教学模式已经发生变化,增添了许多校园中的文化元素。教务管理系统对高校的重要意义在于促进其发展,减免管理人员重复的、繁冗的工作,解放管理人员,要求系统的管理规范化、设备科学化、操作人性化、流程信息化等。绝大多数高校都开始建立基于计算机信息化技术的教学管理系统,以应对越来越复杂的教学管理业务和越来越大的教学数据信息。为解放教务管理人员,保证高校教务管理工作的效率,开发教务管理系统已经成为当前一项重要的工作。本课题经过对过去开发信息管理系统的经验上作进一步的分析调研,以学校的教务管理工作为核心,研究教务管理系统的发展方向,并围绕高校业务流程内容,选用.NET、SQL Server数据库等先进信息化软硬件技术,采用三层架构体系、UML统一建模语言和相关工具对系统的需求分析、系统设计、实现与测试过程进行了分层描述和分析,最终完成了系统的教务、成绩、公告、教师信息、系统管理等多个方面的功能,设计与实现了一套教务信息管理系统。目前教务信息管理系统已经完成了开发和测试工作,在经过测试之后已经部署实施。从结果中表明,系统性能运行稳定,是建立在系统页面响应速度基本维持在200毫秒标准内实现。该系统可以满足用户教学管理的基本需求,降低人力物力成本的同时提高管理效率,提供快捷高效的教务管理服务。
[Abstract]:At present, the rapid development of computer technology has affected every field of people's life. The traditional educational administration method is only suitable for the traditional teaching mode. The modern teaching mode has changed and added many cultural elements in the campus. The important meaning of educational administration system to colleges and universities is to promote its development, to reduce the repeated and redundant work of managers, to liberate managers, to require the standardization of system management, scientific equipment, humanization of operation, information of process, and so on. Most colleges and universities have begun to establish a teaching management system based on computer information technology to cope with more and more complex teaching management business and more teaching data information. In order to liberate educational administration personnel and ensure the efficiency of educational administration in colleges and universities, developing educational administration system has become an important task at present. Through further analysis and investigation on the past experience of developing information management system, this subject takes the educational administration work of the school as the core, studies the development direction of the educational administration system, and revolves around the content of the university business process. Based on the advanced software and hardware technology of SQL Server database, the requirement analysis, system design, realization and testing process of the system are described and analyzed by using the three-tier architecture system UML unified modeling language and related tools. Finally, the functions of educational administration, achievement, announcement, teacher information, system management and so on are completed, and a set of educational administration information management system is designed and implemented. At present, the educational administration information management system has completed the development and testing, after the test has been deployed and implemented. The results show that the performance of the system is stable and the system page response speed is basically maintained within 200 milliseconds. The system can meet the basic needs of users' teaching management, reduce the cost of manpower and material resources, and improve the efficiency of management, and provide fast and efficient educational administration services.
