风景名胜区乡村文化景观管理数据库平台建构策略

【摘要】：【目的】为了扩大风景名胜区乡村文化景观管理范围,提高区内乡村文化景观的管理效率,并扩充乡村景观信息的共享性,提出一种结合数据库和GIS技术的风景名胜区乡村文化景观管理数据库平台。【方法】利用Arc GIS、Web GIS以及相关数据库技术,整合乡村文化景观的空间信息和各类景观专题信息资源,对乡村文化景观不同时空的图形信息、图文影音信息等多种信息源进行抽取和标准化处理,构建风景名胜区乡村文化景观管理数据库平台的功能和框架。【结果】以太湖风景名胜区西山景区为例,建立基于GIS的乡村文化景观图像子数据库和乡村文化景观图文影音数据库,并提出了数据库管理和服务平台的建构策略。【结论】此数据库平台可对乡村文化景观资源的保护、合理开发与建设提供科学依据,以及方便后续的监测评估、保护规划等工作,并能面向公众起到宣传、推介和咨询的作用。
[Abstract]:[objective] in order to expand the scope of rural cultural landscape management in scenic spots, improve the efficiency of rural cultural landscape management, and expand the sharing of rural landscape information, This paper presents a database platform for rural cultural landscape management in scenic spots. [methods] using Arc GIS and related database technology, the spatial information of rural cultural landscape and the special information resources of all kinds of landscape are integrated. Extracting and standardizing various information sources, such as graphic information, picture and text audio and video information, from different time and space of rural cultural landscape, The function and framework of the database platform of rural cultural landscape management in scenic spots are constructed. [results] taking the West Mountain Scenic area of Taihu Lake Scenic area as an example, The sub-database of rural cultural landscape image and the image and audio database of rural cultural landscape are established based on GIS, and the construction strategy of database management and service platform is put forward. [conclusion] this database platform can protect rural cultural landscape resources. Reasonable development and construction provide scientific basis, and convenient follow-up monitoring and evaluation, protection planning and so on, and can serve as publicity, promotion and consultation to the public.
