基于SolidEdge的欧式起重机参数化设计系统开发

【摘要】:欧式起重机作为中高端桥门式起重机,近年来愈加受到市场的青睐,成为了起重机市场需求的主流。然而目前国内起重机企业的产品设计依旧停留在以AutoCAD为代表的二维软件设计阶段,随着市场需求量的不断增加,起重机产品设计过程中重复劳动所占的时间比例越来越大,这就大大限制了设计人员的创新能力。本文以欧式起重机为研究对象,以Microsoft Excel为数据管理软件,Ansys Workbench为有限元分析平台,在VB环境下开发了基于SolidEdge的参数化设计系统,旨在保证设计质量的前提下,尽可能的帮助企业提高产品的设计效率,缩短产品上市时间,降低开发成本。系统的开发研究了模块化技术,采用模块化理论对欧式起重机进行了功能结构分解,并进行了合理的模块划分和重组;研究了基于SolidEdge变量表的参数化设计技术实现了欧式起重机零部件的三维模型参数化驱动,采用自顶向下和自底向上相结合的方法实现了欧式起重机整机的三维模型快速装配和渲染生成;研究了二维工程图的自动生成和调整技术,针对SolidEdge生成的二维工程图的不足,分别进行了视图的布局调整、尺寸及注释及BOM表的自动生成调整,使二维工程图符合行业和企业标准,可直接用于生产现场;基于有限元技术和理论,在Ansys Workbench平台下对欧式起重机关键结构件进行了静力学分析,为设计的合理性提供了初步判断依据;通过在三维模型中添加计算属性,实现了物料的自动统计。最后进行了人性化的人机交互界面设计和功能集成,真正实现了欧式起重机集三维模型驱动、二维工程图自动生成和调整、有限元分析、物料统计于一体的“一站式”设计。
[Abstract]:European crane, as a middle and high-end bridge gantry crane, has been more and more popular in the market in recent years, and has become the mainstream of crane market demand. However, at present, the product design of domestic crane enterprises is still at the stage of 2D software design represented by AutoCAD. With the increasing market demand, the proportion of repeated labor in the process of crane product design is more and more large. This greatly limits the creative ability of designers. Taking European crane as research object and Microsoft Excel as data management software Ansys Workbench as finite element analysis platform, a parameterized design system based on SolidEdge is developed in VB environment in order to guarantee design quality. As far as possible to help enterprises improve the efficiency of product design, shorten the time to market products, reduce development costs. The modularization technology of the system is developed and studied. The functional structure of the European crane is decomposed by modularization theory, and the reasonable module partition and reorganization are carried out. The parameterized design technology based on SolidEdge variable table is studied to realize the 3D model parameterized driving of the parts of European crane. The method of top-down and bottom-up is used to realize the rapid assembly and rendering of 3D model of the whole machine of European crane, and the automatic generation and adjustment technology of two-dimensional engineering drawing is studied, aiming at the shortage of the 2D engineering drawing generated by SolidEdge. The layout adjustment of view, the automatic generation and adjustment of dimension and annotation and BOM table are carried out respectively, so that the two-dimensional engineering drawing conforms to industry and enterprise standards and can be directly used in production site, based on finite element technology and theory, The statics analysis of the key structure parts of the European crane is carried out on the Ansys Workbench platform, which provides a preliminary basis for judging the rationality of the design, and realizes the automatic statistics of the materials by adding the calculation attributes to the three-dimensional model. Finally, the humanized man-machine interaction interface design and function integration are carried out, which realizes the "one-stop" design of European crane with 3D model driving, 2D engineering drawing automatic generation and adjustment, finite element analysis and material statistics.
