浦东新区路桥运检管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】：本文论述上海市浦东新区公路管理署路桥运检管理系统的软件设计与实现。该软件的应用目的是面向辖区内的公路基础设施、桥梁基础设施及重要的附属设施如电气及排水设施的运行稳定状况检验和安全运行状况评估工作的管理需求,解决在路桥设施运检业务中的事务规范性和越来越大量的数据管理问题。论文结合该系统的功能目标和本业务机构在业务运作方面的实际要求,建立了该软件的架构和模块设计方案,运用面向对象的基本概念和技术建立了其中主要对象类型的数据结构和功能分配,建立了数据库设计方案,给出了系统主要组成对象的类图模型、事务处理的流程图模型和数据库的实体/联系图模型。上海市浦东新区公路管理署路桥运检管理系统的软件架构采用浏览器/服务器模式,功能模块有路桥基础设施的运检业务计划模块,路桥设施基础信息模块,路桥设施运检评估模块,同时还包括以执行该软件业务平台内部事务为主的运检数据分析处理模块和运检任务管理模块等。采用C#编程技术和Oracle Server数据库平台完成了软件编程,论文概述了编程实现的部分实例和测试方法及其实例。通过上述工作,所构建的软件功能合理和实用,在目前的初步应用中较显著地改善了对路桥设施运行状况检测项目管理的准确性和效率,同时也提高了运检试验数据管理的准确性和及时性,满足了该机构目前对路桥公共设施安全运行状况的运维检验和评估业务的需要。
[Abstract]:This paper describes the software design and implementation of the Road and Bridge Operation and Inspection Management system of the Highway Administration Bureau of Pudong New District of Shanghai. The purpose of the application of the software is to meet the management needs of road infrastructure, bridge infrastructure and important ancillary facilities, such as electrical and drainage facilities, for operational stability testing and safety performance assessment within the jurisdiction, To solve the problem of standardization and more data management in the operation and inspection of road and bridge facilities. According to the function goal of the system and the practical requirements of the business organization, the architecture and module design scheme of the software are established. The data structure and function distribution of the main object types are established by using the basic concept and technology of object-oriented, the database design scheme is established, and the class diagram model of the main components of the system is given. Flow chart model of transaction and entity / contact diagram model of database. The software architecture of the road and bridge operation and inspection management system of Shanghai Pudong New District Highway Administration adopts browser / server mode. The function modules include the operation and inspection business plan module of the road and bridge infrastructure, the basic information module of the road and bridge facilities, At the same time, it also includes the operation data analysis and processing module and the operation inspection task management module which mainly carries out the internal affairs of the software business platform. Using C # programming technology and Oracle Server database platform to complete the software programming, this paper summarizes some examples of programming implementation and test methods and examples. Through the above work, the function of the software is reasonable and practical, and the accuracy and efficiency of the project management of the road and bridge facilities running condition detection are improved significantly in the present preliminary application. At the same time, it also improves the accuracy and timeliness of operation test data management, and meets the needs of operation and maintenance inspection and evaluation of road and bridge public facilities.
