基于天涯论坛球迷情感分析与行为挖掘

【摘要】：足球比赛为球迷带来情感宣泄,网络论坛及社交媒介为球迷提供了跨时间地域的交流平台.文章基于天涯论坛"球迷一家"版块数据,分别从情感分析和行为挖掘两个方面研究足球比赛对在线球迷的影响.基于情感词典方法计算帖子中球迷情感值,通过识别帖子中球队信息计算球队情感倾向值,并验证情感倾向理论;基于球迷回复关系建立回复网络考察聚集效应.进一步基于Granger因果检验考察在线情感和参与行为与"新浪爱彩"足彩交易额之间的关系.
[Abstract]:Football games bring emotional catharsis to fans. Online forums and social media provide fans with a cross-temporal communication platform. Based on the data of "fan family" of Tianya forum, this paper studies the influence of football match on online fans from two aspects of emotion analysis and behavior mining. Based on the emotional dictionary method to calculate the emotional value of the fans in the post, to calculate the emotional tendency of the team by identifying the team information in the post, and to verify the emotional tendency theory; to establish a response network based on the fan response relationship to investigate the aggregation effect. Based on the Granger causality test, the relationship between online emotion and participation behavior and the transaction volume of "Sina Aicai" full lottery is further investigated.
